Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I asked what the payoff was and the numbers that were given and as seen in the attachments it was The vehicle was suppose to be ready and it wasn’t, it didn’t come with a tank of gas, and then it takes over a month for the payoff to even happenNo one contacted me to even attempt to explain why the payoff was late or even contact my bank to let them know anything instead I’m left to look like a fool Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: the payoff amount that was told to me was 27950 or at the very... least 27500 by the time payoff did happen. I have documentation of this in email as well. What was paid was almost 22k a very different amount than what I was told. The only reason the payoff happened was because of my insistence that still got zero response until I moved forward and made the complaint with the BBB. Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I was solicited by the salesman with promises of a lower interest rate and hopes of a lower payment when I was in there with my boyfriendI only test drove the vehicle once for minutesI sat there so long because the salesman told me they were working on getting additional rebates to help lower the paymentI sat there for hours the next day because I was waiting to speak to someoneHe then told me I had to wait until Monday to find anything out Then I sat there the next time waiting to talk to someone at which time he purposed the lower interest rate, of course I would take something over nothingThe sales manager did try, but it could have been returned with the general manager the day after signing if he choseThe only time I got a response during this time frame were texts from the sales manager saying he was tryingunless I went in and sat in the lobbyBUT, the worst part about all of this is the fault of the salesman! He spoke to my boyfriend's ex wife about my business with them and slandered me personally as well as my boyfriendHe then continued to text herThe only business he had with her was to get a signature on a title for a deal that had nothing to do with mineI do appreciate one of the owners quick response to my questionsUnfortunately that was days into the ordeal
Sincerely,

We sincerely apologize for the delay in the payoff. The final payoff has been verified as having been cleared at the customers bank in the full amount. Thank you.

Mr. [redacted]s documentation was mailed via UPS the end of December.  The owner's manual was received by Rimrock Chevrolet today and will be put in the mail on January 23, 2018.  Mr. [redacted]'s acknowledged in an email to Mr. [redacted] that there was no mistake on his paperwork.  It was...

explained to Mr. [redacted]s that $8.00 was a lien filing fee charged by the State of Montana.  The $150.00 is what Mr. [redacted]s agreed to pay for delivery of his vehicle.  In order to address Mr. [redacted]'s vehicle concerns, Rimrock Chevrolet's Service Manager is working directly with Mr. [redacted]s to see that the vehicle is inspected by a Certified Technician. Rimrock Chevrolet apologizes for any miscommunication that may have occurred.

In response to a letter from the Revdex.com dated September 15, 2017 with regard to [redacted], ID Number [redacted], the following is Rimrock Chevrolet’s response.[redacted] came to our dealership on 9/8/17.  She spent five hours with one of our Consultants making a decision on whether to...

make a purchase.  After approximately four and a half hours and several test drives, she chose to sign a contract and purchase a new Chevrolet Cruze.  [redacted] did come in the next day asking to be released from the contract, although the sale had already been reported to General Motors as delivered (therefore starting the clock ticking on warranty).  At the time she arrived her lending institution wasn't open (8am on Saturday).  When they did finally pick up the phone later that afternoon, we did negotiate on her behalf to obtain a lower interest rate for her.  She was contacted by management that we would be able to work with her to a certain extent.  She came back in on the following Monday/Tuesday, and again spent another hour or two making a decision.  After much thought, and reduced interest rate, [redacted] chose to resign another contract at a reduced payment and interest rate.  Rimrock Chevrolet did what we could to help her with the payment, even after she had already agreed prior to a higher interest rate.  Unfortunately there is nothing we can do for the comfort situation.  We have suggested driver support cushions, as there are many different items available on the market.  We didn't go out and solicit Mrs. [redacted], but rather she came to us.  We've gone above and beyond to assist her with lowering her rate/payment and unfortunately there is nothing more we can do.

Review: hi...well I went to the dealer parts department talk to [redacted] (SALES PERSON) about making a car key after he ask me for the car information he give me the wrong key and this wrong key was a different price (MORE EXPENSIVE) $44.20 plus the price of the key code (CUT)$30.00 ...after this mistake from him I call the store and explain the problem and here where everything start...they told me that maybe somebody change the 2 door locks and the trunk and the ignition key that was why was not working because of that...any way they ask me to return to the store to make me another car key of course this time was the right key for my car and this key the price on the rest of the dealer where $8.25 plus the cut of the key $30.00 any way I when to my car to try the key and wont turn the ignition or the doors or the truck I call the store to explain my problem and they told me that was no warranty ill will open my car with that key...and I say ok just give me back what you over charge and they say nope!!Desired Settlement: money back $69.78

Business

Response:

I've spoken to [redacted], the Parts Manager and sales person in this complaint. He said the key code he took from the car was the one used to make the key. The manufacturer provides the specs needed to cut the key. If it was the wrong key code on the car, the manufacturer and [redacted] would not be aware of it. They can only cut keys from what they are given. The first key was a programable key and more expensive than the second key.

The customer paid $39.78 for the first key. The price of the second key was $8.25, so [redacted] is willing to refund the difference of $31.53 to the customer.
