The paperwork was sent to the courthouse as requested

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to resolve this complaintAccording to our records, the vehicle had 92,miles at the time of purchaseOur records show that the miles are correct on the car and the warranty is validThe customer is more than welcome to contact the GM of the dealership if they wish to cancel the warranty product and/or if they have any questions on the mileage records

Greetings,
First of all thank you for the opportunity to respond.
I called *** to apologize for the non return of the phone call he had placed. There is no excusing this and it has been addressed
Secondly, I told *** that I would personally call Citizens Auto Finance and
get a lien release faxed to the dealership since the account was paid off on the 6th of June. I've also attached a copy of the check we were holding for the lien release made out to *** and his wife, and that check will be released before end of day (as long as I get the lien release, which shouldn't be an issue since it's been over days since payoff)
Thanks once again for letting me respond,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to meHowever I would like to add some side notesFirst off the rattle issues was not addressed on March 14th, that was the day I picked up the carMarch 19th was the day that I addressed that rattle issue with Rimrock and had my local repair shop diagnoseRimrock also forgot to mention about the oil leakUpon diagnoses of the rattle, the technician also found a major oil leak under the motor, which was also taken care ofOther than those few amendments to Rimrocks response everything else has been taken care of.
Sincerely,

Rimrock Chevrolet did not own the vehicle in question. The vehicle was owned by our sister store, Mercedes Benz of Billings. Rimrock Chevrolet was going to purchase the vehicle from the Mercedes Benz Store on behalf of Mr***. We originally agreed to reimburse
Mr*** travel expenses, but upon further investigation realized that Mr*** took approximately fourteen days to make a commitment to purchase the vehicle. Once Mr*** made the commitment to purchase, the vehicle was already sold to another Dealer by Mercedes Benz of Billings. Rimrock Chevrolet did return the $deposit. Rimrock Chevrolet will not be reimbursing Mr*** $156.80. We are sorry for an inconvenience that Mr*** has experienced

The car has been into our Service Department and the issue has been resolved. On March 14, there was a minor issue about a rattle, so the customer took the car to his local garage and they tightened bolts on the undercarriage and Rimrock has agreed to reimburse the customer for that
bill. The customer has agreed his issues are solved

There is no dispute that our automated car wash cause some damage to the right rear of this vehicle, VIN ***At the time of *** calling us about the damage, we immediately put *** into a loaner so he would not be inconvenienced by not having access to
this vehicleWe immediately took the vehicle to Rimrock Auto Body, where we indicated the areas of concern and they got the vehicle in as quickly as they couldWhen the repair work had been completed, we called ***, and he came in to pick up the vehicleAfter *** took possession of the vehicle, he came back in to the service department and told the service advisor, after looking at the vehicle in the sun that he could see some additional scratches*** brought the vehicle back to the service department where we again put *** into a loaner vehicle, so he could get to workWe took the vehicle back down to the Body Shop and showed them the additional scratches in the vehicleThe Body Shop buffed the vehicle again and *** had indicated that there were now dents in the vehicle that he said were not there to begin withThe Body Shop estimator looked at the new areas of concern and let *** know that the dents he was concerned with were from car "door dings" and not caused by the automated car wash*** argued that the dents were not there to begin with, however the advisor had written down all of the "door dings" and scratches not associated with the car wash damageI told *** that I would not be discussing the repair of the dents, as they were not caused by the automated car washer*** called me on 5/4/and let me know that he was still not satisfied with the resolution of the scratchesAt that point I told him that it would probably be better if he took the vehicle to Rimrock Auto Body and discuss the repairs with the Body Shop Manager, Gary L*** agreed that it would be best to discuss the concern with the manager, and I gave him Gary's contact information so he could further discuss this with the ManagerAs far as *** missing work due to this, I can't say if he did or not, however each time he came into the dealership the service department gave *** a loaner vehicleHe picked up the loaner early in the morning and returned the loaner late in the afternoonI had no interactions with *** in the middle of any dayAs far as providing insurance information to ***, he never asked me for any insurance information, however we are self insured up to $5,Any damages in excess of $5,are handled on a case by case basisI hope this provides the information that you are requesting, if you need any additional information please feel free to contact me personally, My name is *** ***Service Manager for Rimrock GMC CadillacMy phone number is 406-869-and my email address is s@rimrockauto.com Sincerely, *** ***

Revdex.com,
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID...

[redacted] and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

Complaint: [redacted]
I am rejecting this response because: there is no resolution to the issue that our car is still damaged. We need their insurance provider so that we can have our car repaired by a person of our choice because we also agree that each time it was taken to Rimrock Auto Body at their request the car was not restored to its condition before the car wash broke on it. We find their suggestion that we would damage our car interesting to say the least. Clarification: We are simply asking for their insurance provider so we can have our car repaired at our business of choice. Since they have accepted responsibility for the damage this shouldn't be too difficult.
Sincerely,
[redacted]

Thank you for allowing us the opportunity to respond to this issue for [redacted].First of all, we are sorry to hear that Mr. [redacted] is having an issue with the Pathfinder that he purchased from Rimrock Kia.  Unfortunately vehicles that are over ten model years old can have issues, especially...

ones with almost 100,000 miles on them.  For that reason, Mr. [redacted] was offered a Service contract to be his guarantee against breakdown.  He signed the Federal As Is statement as well two other documents to remind him that the only guarantees that can be had on a used vehicles are the ones that are purchased at point of sale or the remainder of any warranties from the manufacturer. Now, with that said, when he was presented with having an issue with the vehicle, our sales manager Jacob tried to offer assistance.  First in finding an engine and second in our internal cost of installation.  [redacted] said he had better solutions and sought them out on his own.  Now with that said, if he still wishes some assistance with repairs, please don't hesitate to have him reach out to me or to BJ J[redacted] our GM at Rimrock Kia. Thank you once again for allowing us to respond. Ernie L**Chief Administrative officer Rimrock Auto Group of Dealerships406.655.8501
