The customer was presented with automobiles that were available within his available financing range based off his credit score. It is unfortunate that the customer is unhappy with the vehicle he selected after purchase. We in no way believe that the salesman forced the sale on this customer as...

he has no power to make anyone purchase a vehicle. The customer is invited to return to the dealership and meet with the General Manager directly to explore other vehicles available to him at, or lower than the current vehicle price. However, the availability of vehicles is limited to what is allowable under his financing abilities.

Review: On Friday March 27th, 2015. I was pressured into buying a car. I told the salesman that I didn't think I could afford the car and that I was on Felony Probation, and needed permission from my probation officer, ultimately, to purchase a car. I signed the contract with the understanding that I was going to attempt to get permission. I never gave them any money and the car was left on their property. I called the same day to cancel the contract and today, April 2, 2015, I was told that I am legally obligated to honor the contract. Please help. I was not given permission from my probation officer and can not afford this car.Desired Settlement: Need sales contract to be voided.

Review: I purchased a 2011 Subaru imprezza sit used with 52,000 miles. When I purchased the vehicle I was told if I got there extended warranty then everything was covered. After having the car for only 2 months I noticed that the car had an oil consumption issue and had a noise in the transmission. I dropped off the car at Rimrock Kia to get fixed January 8th of this year. To this day they still do not have parts ordered or an estimated repair date. I was sold a car with a promise that everything was covered under the warranty and yet they have had the car for 2 months and it is not fixed yet. They claim that one of the transmission bearings is on backorder.Desired Settlement: I want subaru to just order a new transmission for the car and get it fixed.

The car has been into our Service Department and the issue has been resolved. On March 14, there was a minor issue about a rattle, so the customer took the car to his local garage and they tightened 2 bolts on the undercarriage and Rimrock has agreed to reimburse the customer for that bill. The customer has agreed his issues are solved.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However I would like to add some side notes. First off the rattle issues was not addressed on March 14th, that was the day I picked up the car. March 19th was the day that I addressed that rattle issue with Rimrock and had my local repair shop diagnose. Rimrock also forgot to mention about the oil leak. Upon diagnoses of the rattle, the technician also found a major oil leak under the motor, which was also taken care of. Other than those few amendments to Rimrocks response everything else has been taken care of.
