I think that the people of Rimrock Property Management are great to work with!

Tim and Rhona are great! I had a wonderful experience with Rimrock Property Management. They were extremely helpful and considerate of the fact that I was under a time crunch to find a place. They were easy to communicate with, honest, and very understanding. They showed me apartments that fit my needs and my budget! Very friendly staff, and the office dog Gracie too :) The apartment was clean and everything worked. Overall, pleasant and easy experience! Would definitely recommend for anyone looking to rent in Billings.

Rimrock property is by far the best rental agency in Billings. I have rented from rimrock property for 5 years and if I ever decided to move to a new rental I wouldn't go through anyone else. [redacted] is an amazing landlord and always has a quick response when there is a repair or any other issue with his rentals.
I would definitely say that I am 100% pleased with [redacted] and everyone who works with rimrock property and I would suggest renting through him before anyone else in town!!

I recently moved out of a unit that I rented from Rimrock Property Management. Upon my departure there was some floor damage to the downstairs bedroom caused by an office chair on the vinyl flooring. The room is between 80-100 sq ft. I was charged almost $800 for the damage to the flooring. That seems excessive to me. The floor was already compromised when I moved in. It is my opinion that Rimrock Property Management over charged me for the vinyl floor replacement.

This business tried to coerce me into renting a property by telling me that they could bill me if I did not rent the property after making application. In other words penalizing me above and beyond losing the $70 application fee, even though no lease was ever signed. Knowing this was not legal, I told them so. They then backtracked and tried another tactic to again threaten me to continue with the rental. I feel these are unscrupulous business tactics and wonder how many clients they have pressured / threatened into rentals due to the financial penalty threat. I would advise anyone not to deal with this less-than-trustworthy business.

Tim and Rhona are pleasant and easy to work with. They are professional yet personable. We never had any issues or worried about any surprises. In the rare event I needed something fixed, their maintenance crew was prompt. My husband and I rented from them for nearly 2 years. We would have stayed longer if we hadn't relocated to another state. We have rented from many companies in the past but RPM has been the best.
