Review: In march of 2013 I purchased a round trip bus ticket a few weeks in advance for my son in Kalispell mt. for $142. My son went to bus station and they were shut down. I called to find out about a refund and was told that I was on a list and would receive my refund once they were up and running again. I repeatedly called every few weeks and gotthe ssame story. They have been up and running for quite some time but I never received my refund. I'm a single mom living paycheck to paycheck so every bit counts. I ended up having to drive to Butte andget my son and then purchase aanother ticket to send him home.
