When someone wants to put this large of amount on a credit card (not cash) we always let them know ahead of time the additional percentage it costs, there is no hiding extra chargesMy desk is right next to Jerry's desk, and he Always lets customers know that ahead of time.As to a "condition statement", I don't know where this came from as we do not have a condition statement. We did everything we said we would doI am sorry Mr [redacted] is having buyers remorse at this timeWe do not like having any of our customers unhappy with their purchases, and we strive to make it a pleasant experience for them.Sincerely,Sandra C [redacted] Co-owner/ Office Manager

Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:
The response fails to address the complaints and involves a third person uninvolved in the transactionI was told repeatedly that there were no issues with this unit and that every thing worked as intendedMy only remorse is doing business with a company that incompetent and willing to say what ever is necessary to make a sale
Regards,

$12500.00, $400.00 less than the asking price and also "conditional on condition of the trailer" (see copy of write up)Mr. [redacted] was undecided about having the trailer delivered and wanted to know if we had someone who did deliveries? We arranged for a delivery to Durango for $260.00 (see copy). Mr. [redacted] would let us know. He decided he would pick up the trailer, so we stored it for about 2-21/2 weeks before he arrived for the pick up. Kirby did a walk thru with him. Mr. [redacted] must have decided at that time that the "conditional on condition" of the trailer was to his approval, since he made the decision to purchase it. Nothing was mentioned about tires, so I'm assuming both he and the salesman thought they were ok.Mr. [redacted] was aware the unit was a "Used as Is" when the signed the"As Is Form". When Mr. [redacted] called at a later at a later date 6/16/16 and told Jerry about the tires, Jerry agreed to pay 1/2 for a new set of tires. A check was sent in the amount of $300.00 to cover 1/2 the cost of new tires that day to Mr. [redacted]. (see copy)Per a conversation with Kirby, the salesman, Mr. [redacted] called him wanting to know where to find the water pump.....Kirby walked Mr. [redacted] thru the location over the phone, and while Kirby was talking to him on the phone Mr. [redacted] ask about the water filter an how to remove it, again Kirby walked him thru it.
