Rimview Inn

Review: when we checked into the inn at 6:30 p.m. it was filthy from the blinds to the front door and when I proceeded in taking a shower there was cockroaches in the shower. when we used the kitchenette the oven smoked profusely. we proceeded to capture the cockroaches, put them into a cup and take them downstairs to show the gentleman at the front desk and he denied the were cockroaches. I requested to speak to the manager and I was told he would not be at work until the morning, I asked for a refund and the front desk told me I had to leave the inn.my husband used his credit card.Desired Settlement: I would like for the business to be cleaned by and inspected by professionals every week to see that no one will eat or drink a cockroach, I understand their reviews a bogus because the employees write the reviews their selves. I wish to get an apology letter along with my refund and for the rude person to be let go, which is the front desk attendant working on November 10th, 2014 at 09:50 p.m. the bald individual with glasses. if the refuse to improve their business I would really like for them to be shut down.I would like for my spouse to be refunded.

Review: Me and my wife checked in at the hotel and the front desk lady named [redacted] told us we couldn't rent there because I gave the general manager the middle finger in which I didn't she is rude her coworkers even have issues with her so me and my wife came back the very next day and talked to a manager she took my wife's complaint and rented to us for 2 days when Monday came along she disrespected my wife again by saying you're not supposed to be here after the general manager seen me and my wife when breakfast came she totally told my wife not to touch the bread because breakfast was over after the general manager told her it was okay I can't believe this lady is still working here and treating guest like dirt I want something done her resignation should be asked of herDesired Settlement: I want her fired

My wife and I were on a trip and decided to get a room at the rimview in Billings MT. upon check in we noticed the room had an overwhelming stench of bleach or some sort of cleaner. we opened the windows and decided to go for a walk. this is when we noticed that the door was very loose even when deadbolted. we walked around for an hour or so and upon seeing the neighborhood and clientele we did not feel safe in the area. we decided to go elsewhere. we grabbed our bag and went to the front desk and explained we did not want the room because of these and other various reasons. the lady simply said "ok" and refunded our debit card the cost of the room. we went and stayed at the [redacted] in downtown billings MT. at dinner our debit card was declined. upon investigation as to why it was declined we discovered that the rimview inn charged our card again. so I called and spoke with the manager and he informed me that because we checked in it didn't matter how long we stayed we would be charged. he refused to give any kind of refund. even told me that he could "do what he wanted and I should deal with it" so we called our bank and they immediately refunded us the money themselves and launched an investigation. during the course of their investigation rimview inn charged our card 3 more times, each time our bank refunded the amount immediately. now keep in mind the initial charge and refund the card was swiped and signed for. the 4 times after that they just ran the number unauthorized and unswiped. we had to cancel the card and get a new one. in the end our bank determined all charges attempted by rimview inn were in fact fraud.
