Review: I phoned Rincon to let them know about a leak in the irrigation system outside my rental home in San Marcos, CA. I explained the system has a break in the water pipe causing an unusual amount of water usage. In addition, I contacted the landlord/property management to repair the leak, that was November 2014. My last bill was $180.87 for the month of March. I called again to both pay the bill and to see what could be done regarding high bill. The landlord completed repairs on the system 5/16/2015.Desired Settlement: I would like Rincon to calculate the median water usage for a home of similar size. This way we can determine the correct amount of water used & the landlord can pay the difference. In addition, I would like Rincon to waive both the lockout fees & returned check fees.
