Rented a property from RPM RinconUpon leaving after lease we did not receive full security deposit back and were charged for items that were false
We signed a lease in mid-Dec of Upon moving from KY to AZ we first arrived at the property listed at N Mail Station Lane Sahuarita, AZ on Jan4th We gave them via email our move in report that consisted of pages of notes of damages and broken items upon inspectionWe lived there out of suitcases u til Feb5th when we closed on the home we boughtWe had numerous issues being bedroom lights not working....one of which was left in the floor and never repairedA broken washing machine we never got to use as it was not replaced until right before we moved outLeaking fridge, graffiti on window screens, leaking faucets, etc.....the place was a mess After our lease ended we received a list for the following they deducted out of our security deposit

Failure to complete work that repairs problems making the apartment uninhabitable
Three weeks ago one of the copper pipelines inside of a wall broke downWhen I noticed that one of my area rugs was completely wet I informed RPM Rincon immediatelyThey sent in some plummers but the problem did not get solved for another week- so my partner and I were living in an apartment filled with water for a week, and without any water to use
They offered to pay ONE night of hotel, something I found to be quite ridiculous since it wouldn't make sense to stay out for one night but still have to come back to a drowned apartment
RPM sent a restoration team about a week and a half after the leak problemThe restoration company took many of our things to our patio (since there's nowhere else to put it) and got to work by cutting off the bottom half of the wall

The A/C doesn't work in the house I rented It's costing me a lot of money No reply/redress from RPM Rincon
I rented a house from RPM Rincon in January, There were minor problems immediately I asked them for a code to the lock box for a week before I drove out here and they ignored me I drove hours, arriving at pm, calling and asking for the code the entire way and I got no reply That was my first hint that something was wrong In June, the A/C stopped working It wouldn't get below degrees I called RPM Rincon and they sent someone out The person they sent said there was nothing wrong with the A/C and it was probably too small for the house The problem is I have a month old child who can't regulate her body temperature as well as an adult and was sweating all day and night I bought a portable A/C unit for her room It was small and only cooled sq ft We only ran it when she was sleeping My wife and I used fans and light clothing to deal w
