This company has had my belongs for almost days (picked up 8/11, today is 9/6) with no estimated delivery date I am beyond frustrated with Unique Van LinesI contracted with Assurance Van Lines who sub- contacted to Unique Van LinesI am moving items from my mom's house in Cleveland, OH to Houston, TX Contract states "delivery may take 1-business days; XXXX-XXXX miles, 2-days"business days if this Friday, 9/ I had to call Assurance (8/8) to find out the pickup date after which [redacted] (listed as President on this site) called to say pickup would be 8/NOT 8/(my first choice)THEY DID NOT PICK UP UNTIL 8/Reason: because "the truck broke and was waiting for a part" her wordsBy what I've read in other complaints this is their standard answer when they can't make either delivery dateI had to have my DIL meet the driver on 8/because I was at the airport boarding a plane to HoustonLuckily, she had taken the day off to handle school things for my young
