I am appalled at the companies reply.  I have worked closely, on a professional level, with [redacted] Rineair and would have NEVER cursed at her son let alone anyone.  That is an accusation that is being made to attempt to justify the poor workmanship, poor level of customer service and unethical businessman-ship Rineair Heating and Cooling represents.  I have been told that there are 2 employees name [redacted] who work for the company both of which I have dealt with ( 1 with a ponytail and 1 balding who wears a baseball hat).  [redacted] with a ponytail reported that I will need to have my yard excavated after I had a brand new unit installed because the line from the outdoor unit to the indoor unit may have been severed somehow.  I chose to go with a different company who used a different method.  When [redacted] with a baseball cap came and offered an estimate for an unrelated problem he didn't indicate any issue as to anything any prior company had done or make reference to any poor workmanship from prior work. My rebuttal to the company:If the company felt a conflict of interest due to concerns of prior poor workmanship, they shouldn't have taken on the jobIf the company felt they couldn't repair the unit they shouldn't have taken on the job.  If I was a terrible customer who cursed out their staff, why then would their leadership team put their front line staff BACK into a hostile work environment  and accept the job. Why, because I never cursed out their staff! Please don't defame my personal or professional character as this is public record. If the company is stating that whomever did the repair is responsible for the follow-up repair if the unit isn't working, why then am I having to contact the Revdex.com because Rineair is refusing to return my calls until after the repair is "out of warranty"? The best practice of a business who wants to maintain an upstanding reputation would be to stand by their work and if mistakes happy, rectify them.  Its not best practice to attack or accuse a customer and it certainly won't sustain a business, not in this fluctuating economy.I have family members in the home with health needs that require a fully functioning a/c.  As an RN and knowing that their mother is an RN ,it is quite disheartening that this wasn't rectified immediately.Be Blessed,
[redacted]

[redacted] gave a price but never said anything about excavating.  They gave her a price to replace the condenser and she threw them out and cursed them.  They left and she hired another company to do the work.  After that, the customer called and wanted them to do the service.  They...

said they could but there would be a full charge for it or she could go back to the company that installed the unit.  She wanted them to do it and they took care of the matter.  They fixed the problem that should have been taken care of by the business that installed the system.  If [redacted] was sitting in the truck, he was probably letting the system clean the impurities.  They can't do anything else until that happens.  They tried to help her out and are a customer oriented business.  The customer needs to call the business who installed the system as her service provider to fix any issues she may have.
