I am rejecting this response because:all we want is for him to show us how he pumped the tankIt is impossible without digging the septic open which was never done until we had it doneYou cannot pump through the vent pipeIt is impossible to get to the tank this wayIt must be dug openAs for a broken pipe ,there was none There was a blocked exit pipe going to the drain fieldAs for the snow, it is gone now and the site is quite visible Anytime you want to meet us there and show us how it was done,we'll be thereIt's not so much the money, it's the principle of itHow many other people were charged for services that were not done properly? May 23, 2016A portable toilet was delivered to "Utility Line Services” at *** ***, and *** ***in Narberth, Pa by Rinehart's Sanitation Service / DBA Potty Oueen, a division of United Site Services, Incon Friday 5/6/16.The construction customer contact, *** *** (###-###-####) was
unable to accommodate the portable unit on-site at that timeOur driver was then given permission by the local police department, who responded to an immediate complaint, to place the unit in the street*** *** confirmed that the portable toilet was relocated from the street to his work site on Monday 5/9/16,Steven *G

March 18, Dear ***:Enclosed for yow review is supporting documentation in reference to the above-mentioned claim, We were authorized by the tenant *** *** of *** *** *** ***, PA *** on August 6, to pump the septic tank onsite and were paid by her
for our services and were never notified until February 26,of any ongoing issuesAnyone that operates an onsite system is well aware that if an issue arises, the system would not be functional and would result in a sewage backup into the house resulting in toilets overflowing and requiring immediate attention.We have been and always will be a reputable firm that assures percent customer satisfaction and that all issues brought to our attention are handled in a timely fashion, The average household produces approximately gallons of waste water a day and a gallon tank would be filled back up within a 3-day periodThe alleged backup may have been the result of a clog in line or poor absorption field not allowing the liquids to escape a holding tankWe were never informed of any of the above situations and were only asked to pump the gallon tank, which was done in a professional workmanlike manner.Attached is the following:• Work order to pump tank dated August 6,2013• Drivers log showing on site to pump August 6,2013• Invoice showing paid with check dated August 5, 2013• Pottstown waste water treatment plant disposal ticket August 6, 2013• Actual customer notes in reference to account dated February 26> 2014• Conversation with landlord via our supervisor dated February 26, 2014Please review all information and feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### to discuss farther.Yours truly,
