May 23, 2016A portable toilet was delivered to "Utility Line Services” at [redacted], and [redacted]. in Narberth, Pa by Rinehart's Sanitation Service / DBA Potty Oueen, a division of United Site Services, Inc. on Friday 5/6/16.The construction customer contact, [redacted] (###-###-####) was...

unable to accommodate the portable unit on-site at that time. Our driver was then given permission by the local police department, who responded to an immediate complaint, to place the unit in the street. [redacted] confirmed that the portable toilet was relocated from the street to his work site on Monday 5/9/16,Steven *. G

Dear **. [redacted]:Enclosed for yow review is supporting documentation in reference to the above-mentioned claim, We were authorized by the tenant [redacted] of [redacted], PA [redacted] on August 6, 2013 to pump the septic tank onsite and were paid by her...

for our services and were never notified until February 26,2014 of any ongoing issues. Anyone that operates an onsite system is well aware that if an issue arises, the system would not be functional and would result in a sewage backup into the house resulting in toilets overflowing and requiring immediate attention. We have been and always will be a reputable firm that assures 100 percent customer satisfaction and that all issues brought to our attention are handled in a timely fashion, The average household produces approximately 250 gallons of waste water a day and a 1000 gallon tank would be filled back up within a 3-5 day period. The alleged backup may have been the result of a clog in line or poor absorption field not allowing the liquids to escape a holding tank. We were never informed of any of the above situations and were only asked to pump the 1000 gallon tank, which was done in a professional workmanlike manner.Attached is the following:•    Work order to pump tank dated August 6,2013•    Drivers log showing on site to pump August 6,2013•    Invoice showing paid with check dated August 5, 2013•    Pottstown waste water treatment plant disposal ticket August 6, 2013•    Actual customer notes in reference to account dated February 26> 2014•    Conversation with landlord via our supervisor dated February 26, 2014Please review all information and feel free to contact me at ###-###-#### to discuss farther.Yours truly,

I am rejecting this response because:all we want is for him to show us how he pumped the tank. It is impossible without digging the septic open which was never done until we had it done. You cannot pump through the vent pipe. It is impossible to get to the tank this way. It must be dug open. As for a broken pipe ,there was none . There was a blocked exit pipe going to the drain field. As for the snow, it is gone now and the site is quite visible . Anytime you want to meet us there  and show us how it was done,we'll be there. It's not so much the money, it's the principle of it. How many other people were charged for services that were not done properly? As for witnesses, we have several also. Thank you

Review: They charged my tenant for pumping a 1000 gal. from the septic tank which we had to reimburse her. However several days later she called to tell me the sewer was backing up in the laundry room. I had another company come out. There is no way it was pumped without digging it open and lifting the lid. When we opened it ,it was full of solid waste plus the pipes going to the drain were blocked also. We have spoke with the manager and he told us the man who did the job was with them for 30 years and they believed him. The business is not that old. They said they sent someone out to check. What they saw I don't know because there's a foot of snow covering it. All we are asking for is the $215 which we paid and had to pay someone else to do the job properly. We have several witnesses that were there when we opened.Desired Settlement: I want the $215 it cost us.
