Ring City Enterprises is a absolute joke. After scamming my boyfriend in to purchasing one of their ridiculously overpriced vacuums by not disclosing the price.. they took our brand new Shark Navigator in exchange for a “lower price”. After realizing that we couldn’t afford a $1600 vacuum my boyfriend returned the Kirby and got our Shark back.. EXCEPT.. the most important part .. the charging base. After nearly a month of round about bt and being told our base would be returned, today we got a call that they lost our charging base but would be willing to give us someone else’s used shark vacuum that they took when they scammed another poor soul into buying a Kirby. Absolutely horrible customer service. Very frustrated and fed up with this company.

I just noticed on my bank statement that I’m also still getting charged monthly $42.57 for a vacuum I haven’t had since January 31. So I also want to be refunded $85 for the two months that I didn’t have this vaccum. I’ve been unable to cancel the direct withdraw! Thanks , [redacted]
