From my experience with this contraption called Ring Plus buyers should be very wary They make big promised that are seldom delivered Advertised as free cell phone service It is left up to the buyer of the service to do all of the work of getting things setup The only help that is available is from other users in the Social Media forum allotted to users Many customers will sit for days/weeks and in my case over a month trying to get customer service responses My service was never setup properly and never was cancelled properly so that my phone is still sitting tied up with this outfit BEWARE!

buyer be wary about Ring PlusI was a Ringplus customer for over a yearRecently, I activated a new line which is called *** The phone line worked good for a few daysThen I requested poof my old numberHowever, they did it but never get it doneMy dashboard showed the number I ported inBut when I make phone call, it was not that number I wantI then filed tickets and the keeping saying that they have done it correctlyA few days after the unsuccessful port-in, my cell phone could not make phone call or receive phone call anymoreI filed tickets, but since then, they company never reply or fix the problemI submitted tickets in a week, and never get any responsesTo me, I lost my number and can not use my cell phone which they have already charged $
BEWARE! Ringplus customer service is awful! I am still waiting for response to my tickets and I will file a Revdex.com complaint

Signed up for service with them in August for a free planPaid the top up feels and now they are promptly cancelling the service I signed up for and not providing a comparable alternativeShoddy company with despicable business practices

Ringplus is a great option if you have decent [redacted] network coverage and have can-do attitude when you have some issues, in return, you can save 90% of your cell phone bills.
Ported my number from [redacted] Wireless, [redacted] Wireless was successfully but failed from [redacted] Voice. I suggest to buy Nexus, [redacted] or unlocked Moto instead of [redacted] or Boost devices.

They cancelled all their free plans at the last second two times now. Deleting people's posts on the forums, and lying about services they offered. Disreputable and dishonest company. Already filed a chargeback with them.

I have a total of 6 lines with RingPlus used by entire family. For the price of $0, we are receiving cell service that includes voice, texts and data. Plans vary, but most are 3,500 minutes, 3,500 texts and 3,500 MB per month for free. If anyone can find a better deal please point it out.

If you want someone to hold your hand as you activate your phone this company is not for you.

Great web tools enable me to do 300% of what the big names can do for the low price of almost nothing. Even the high $35 deposit is nothing in exchange for even one year of service.

BEYOND HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I knew this going in but thought, "How bad can it really be? Besides, paying so little for phone service would more than make up for it." WRONG! I've had the service for five days and my phone still isn't activated. There's no phone number to call for assistance and no "chat" help available most of the time. And when there is, be ready to sit for a VERY long time waiting for a representative. It was almost an hour for me and I finally gave up. I opened a "ticket" like they suggested and it took 24 hours for someone to contact me. They told me I needed to get a new sim card and then I would be able to activate and use their service. I got the new sim card, put it in my phone, entered the new number and then I received a new message saying my phone couldn't be activated because I still had service with another carrier. I deactivated my account with my previous provider. I've not been able to call or text anyone for five days because I have NO service...not even with Ring Plus! So, I wish I could say their actual phone service was amazing but I'll never know because I'm going back with my old carrier. I'm going to pay a lot more, but at least I'll get help when I need it and way less frustration too.
