To whom it may concern: This is a response to a complaint submitted about Performance Motorcars Inc by *** *** ID # ***Like we have previously stated, unfortunately we have no control over the time it takes for us to receive a payment from the Warranty Company in order to send a check to our mutual customerAs soon as we receive this payment, we will be sending a check to *** ***I understand the frustration in wanting this check sent directly to Danielle, but it is against the warranty company's policy for it to be handled that wayWe apologize for the delay and will be happy to keep you up to date on the status of this situation, but unfortunately we are also on hold during this timeWe would like this resolved as soon as possibleAlso, we have spoken to the Regional Manager of the Warranty Company on this case, he has agreed to speak with *** on this matter if there should be any further questions. There is no need for a middle man or third party involvementThe check should be sent directly to my home address which Diamond should have on fileI signed paper work on 07/** isn't that over days of processing? Honestly, how long does it take to cut a check UNACCEPTABLE!

The business has responded.  Please see below:[redacted] purchased a 2007 Chevy Colorado from our dealership on 12/**/15. At the time of the sale, he decided to trade in his 2003 DOdge Dakota, which he was given $2000 for a trade in value and he agreed upon. At the time of delivery,...

he did not provide the dealership with the title or lien release on his trade in vehicle. Christopher's new vehicle had a temporary registration he was given for the Chevy, which is good in NY State for 45 Days - NOT the 10 days as he stated in his complaint. His registration was processed and ready at DMV on 1/**/16. We contacted Chris on numerous occasions to come pick up his new registration at the dealership and to drop off the title and lien release for his trade in vehicle. The dealership can not do anything with his trade until we had his title, and we asked that he drop it off ASAP and we would give him his registration for his new car at that time. He never responded to any of ou r calls and we waited for 3 weeks for the title to his trade. The day he finally called us upset he didn't have his registration, we again informed him to please bring the title and we would give him his registration at that time. He came the same day, made a scene with another customer in our parking lot, and then was rude and abusive to my DMV/Receptionist. At that point I told him he was not welcome here any more, as he is not to treat my employees and other customers the way he did. All of the customers concerns regarding the vehicle were addressed in our service department and we would be happy to provide copies of the repair orders if we can send them in. Please let us know and we will send right away. I have been in business for over 30 years and I have been a part of this community for over 20 years. I have never had to ask someone to not come back to my dealership.
