Dear Revdex.com, Window World does not refund deposits due to a customers decision to cancel a contract Unfortunately this job was rescheduled twice-once due to weather [redacted] was advised by Brandon that the window would indeed be completed on 7/24/by 3: Brandon also offered to personally run window to [redacted] to save time but [redacted] said that was not acceptable [redacted] insisted that she no longer wanted to receive the window even if she would be forfeiting her deposit.Window World Lehigh Valley still wishes to complete the contract [redacted] entered a binding agreement for the window Window World will be incurring a loss due to [redacted] 's decision to not allow install We regret the difficulty and extenuating circumstances with an accident that occurred with service technicians truck The replacement truck was not ready at rental company which led to the technician to be late for the appointment.We do not refund deposits as a way to resolve the above complaint, we would like the opportunity to complete the contractThankyouBrandon M***Window World Lehigh Valley

I wasted vacation days due the poor customer service on the part of Windows WorldYes, I agree the 2nd appointment could not be completed due to weather conditions, but, it was no excuse for the other appointments scheduled, especially the 1st one when they never even bothered to show up! Never even called! What kind of way is that to do business?! The reps were constantly rudeI could not wait on 7/24/because I had a doctor appointmentsI guess I will just have to write this off as a very bad business transactions and I will make sure I do not recommend them to anyone else,
