In response to the complaint, any issues that Mr*** experienced were fixed in a timely manner. Mr*** states that his phone and IT Specialist advised him to find another carrier. At the request of Mr***, I scheduled a conference call with his phone and IT
Specialist, which included the RingLeader Support Team and myself. The call was address an issue where Mr***'s system (firewall) wasn't allowing calls to pass. We worked with his team and and in order to fix the issue, they had to make updates to their equipment. In accordance with the Master Service Agreement, in order to claim breach of the contract, a customer is required to do the following:In accordance with the terms of the contract, RingLeader has resolved Mr***'s issues without hesitation and he has confirmed after resolution that he has no longer experienced an issue. We are more than happy to speak with Mr***, as we have previously done, with any questions or concerns
