Mr*** came to finish most of the construction job but did NOT bother to replace the gutters that he tore at the start of the construction projectThe gutters are missing on the side where the construction was done
I kindly ask that Mr*** come back to finish this project by adding the gutters to the side where the construction took place
Once the gutters are added, this will satisfied his obligation on this project
