Ringling Bros Barnum and Bailey Circus

Review: My husband and my son visited the Ringling Bros circus at [redacted] on 2/20 7 pm. Since my son is a picky eater, and also due to health concerns about eating outside food, I sent some snacks that they could eat during the show. Before they were let into the show, they were asked to throw all food stuffs. This is a cause of concern for me because

1. The ticket didnt mention that outside food was not permitted. If it was, then I would not have wasted $50 buying / making snacks. Also, my son was upset about his snacks being thrown and so I had to buy something else to console him.

2. The Coliseum does permit food, which was why food products were being sold inside at inflated prices.

3. Consuming lemonade purchased there has led my son to severe cough and fever, thus he missed school for 2 days and I had to miss work for 2 days.Desired Settlement: 1. I expect a refund of the money I paid for the circus tickets and food / toys purchased

2. Medical expenses and loss due to missing school / work

3. Compensation for the inconvenience caused

I am rejecting this response because I paid Ringing Bros for the experience and not [redacted]. It was Ringling Bros' responsibility to inform me that outside food was not allowed. Since the tkt didnt specify that, my grievance and dispute is still with Ringling Bros. and I expect a refund of the amount I spent.
