I am the policy holder for the insurancethe claim is for a member of my familyso it is my insurance meaning it comes out of my paycheck, and the insurance is in my nameI have never been a patient there

location on 01/19/with DrN*** He then ordered glasses using his *** Insurance ***'s daughter came in to pick up the glasses when they were finished *** returned at a later date stating that he was not happy with the RX also the height of the bifocal We explained to him that the Opticians are not allowed to change a prescription and he would have to see the Doctor Unfortunately, DrN*** was on vacation We did offer him to see another doctor that day but he refused and then left leaving the glasses with us I called *** today after speaking with you I was able to make him an appointment with DrN*** this Thursday at 8:00amThank You ,- Debbie P***
I reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find the resolution is satisfactory to me
I have waited business days and have not been contacted like they were
saying they wouldAmple time if they where serios about taking care of this problem

Patient's issue was addressed to her satifaction in June when she contacted our officePatient's balance was adjusted to $in June No further action required
