Rinse Cycle

Review: On October **, 2013, I went to the laundromat. I attempted to use a washing machine, which required two dollars to use. I placed two dollars into the machine; It did not work. I thought I put the wrong amount into the machine. I tried it again by putting another dollar, it did not work. I informed the employee about the machine not working. She told me that she used it an hour ago and told me to put another dollar, which I did. The machine still did not work. She explained that she will notify the owner, to be able to refund the two dollars that I lost. The owner [redacted] came to the laudromat after a few hours later. The employee explained to him that machine is broken and I needed a refund. He shouted very loudly, "the sign say two dollars for the wash and I am not giving you a refund". He was waving his hand and acting very unprofessional. I was very surprise to the way he treated me. There are no signs stating that no refund will be given due to default of the company machines. He stole two dollars from me and treated me very poorly. I accepted better from an established business owner.Desired Settlement: My two dollars refund and an apologetic letter.
