We went there and looked at the porch, and these were very hair line cracks that are not problematicI told the homeowner that if cracks worsen, we would repair

Rio exteriors went to the customers address and the crack he is speaking of are in the expansion joints in the concreteThis is where , if concrete cracks where they appear
You have to put expansion joints in the concrete drives and walk
waysThe concrete that was installed there had rebar and a pound mix with compacted road base

There is no rebar in the concrete and one crack is in the Joint and the crack on the sidewalk is not in a jointI still do not have a half moon patio

Rio exteriors did put fiber mesh in the concrete and rebarWe did exactly on the porch what the customer and rio exteriors agreed onWe set the forms and had the homeowner look at the forms before the concrete comesWe do that with everybodyThe hairline crack is in the expansion joint in the drivewayThe crack in the sidewalk is in the expansion jointThe step is levelWe set the forms and they agreed to the steps and porchWe have been there and if the customer wants more work , he has to pay for itThere is nothing wrong with the driveway

I have pictures showing there is no rebar or mesh in the concreteThe crack on the sidewalk is not in an expansion joint and the step sags in the middleCurrently I am in the process of getting bids to fix or replace the workI have retained an attorney and Rio Exteriors (***) will be herring from them soon

Rio exteriors is aware of the problem and we are going to fix the driveway , as soon as we get freed up. We understand she has some defective concrete and the cement company has looked and have agreed. We are very busy right now and we will get to this as soon as possiblerio exteriors[redacted]
