Rio Nails did not offer me a refund Two of my nails chipped the day I left Lake Tahoe to continue my vacationI live in Florida.I called Rio Nails and stated I wanted a refund, I was also charged an up charge for services not received.They never called me back I left a message for the manager and they have stated lies in their response backThey never offered to help solve the issue with screfund They never called me back.I am asking for a full refund and until this is closed I put a hold of payment on my credit card and submitted a claim about very poor service of Rio Nails with my credit card company

To *** ***,First of all I would like to apologize to ***, *** for your chipped nailHowever, I would like to explain that for any kind of polish including the "gel polish", on the fingernails is not 100% no chipping because the polish is polishing on your real nails, it is not like
something that is permanent on your nails so it's impossible to say that gel polish won't chip in some waysThe gel polish on the natural nails should last longer than the regular polish but it can't be guarantee that it won't chip at allSometimes it depends on the things you do with your hands that lead to the "chipping nails" a little faster than usualWhich we have no control of itHowever if it chips then we will more than happy to fix it at no chargeI did talk to you about this issues over the phone & asked if you could come back so we can fix it but you told me that day that you will leave to go home later so you won't be able to come back & then I offered you to refund some money back but you not agree & you want full refund backWe have our policy that "No refund on any services" that is posted in front of the reception deskHowever I apologize for not making you satisfied & I can make an exception to refund you back the 30% of your $that you paid that dayThis should be enough for you to go re-polish the gel for both hands at the closest salon to you.Also you got the pedicure & manicure with an upgrade of the gel polish both on your toes nails & fingernailsThe regular manicure with the gel upgrade is $and regular pedicure with the gel upgrade is $So the total is $for the servicesPlease understand that we always try our best to make each of our clients happy & satisfy with our servicesWe use high quality products to give our clients an exceptional servicesHowever, sometimes other factors could lead to chipped nails because the nail polish is polishing on your nail , it's not like tattoo that is permanentSo it's impossible to say that we guarantee there is no chipping unless you do the artificial nails with color powder otherwise the gel will chip sometimesI'm sorry again for what had happened to you.
