Review: I was in mr. [redacted] steakhouse 1/29/2016 with the check no. [redacted] my bill came to $100.83 I wanted to give the waitress a 15$ tip but didn't have cash so my girlfriend who was with me had 13$ in cash on her so I took that and gave it to the waitress, I explained to her that I would put the other $2.00 in the tip porting of the check. When I received my statement she had taken $20.00 instead of the $2.00 I then called the restaurant and they acknowledged the problem and took my card number and my security code and said it would be put back on my card, it has been almost two weeks now with no action taken and I keep getting the run around when trying to speak with the owner, my next course of action will be to call the police because clearly she has stolen from me and I am very upset about this. I clearly explained to her what I was trying to do, I would never give anyone a 33$ tip on a $100.00 tab!! How many other mistakes they make like this a night???Desired Settlement: I want my money returned to my card ASAP and they not use it again...
