James Payne had his original installation of his water treatment system in the late 1990's. It was installed outside his home in a protective shelter and the plumbing was brought to the unit buried in his yard. We did not bring plumbing through the wall or did we attach anything to the wall. Mr....
Payne requested for us to remove the system to his home so we dug up the plumbing, reconnected it together, and removed the system. I spoke personally with our plumber who removed the system and he stated he did see the hole in the customers wall however it appeared to be weathered the same as the rock around it so he figured it must have been there for some time.There are many possibilities of how this could happen. Even a crack in the rock will allow water in and during freezing temperatures can expand and break the rock. Given the fact neither our plumbing or any of our equipment was attached to the wall I have to deny the claim is a result of our negligence. I do have a picture of the damage however could not figure out how to attach it to this e-mail. Please contact me with any questions.[redacted]

I am rejecting this response because:it has been far more than two calls. After the first call and again after each additional call, I asked that they never call again and I am on both the Texas and Federal No Call Lists.

Since I filed my complaint, I'm happy to say that Sweetwater Home Services finally came through for us. We received the replacement items we needed and then some.
