I am rejecting this response because:  This response is inaccurate, and totally false.  All that I am asking for are receipts for items that were installed. Yes, he did use the old "curb" (a part that holds attaches the unit to the roof.  I willingly added $100.00 because he had the idea to use the old curb which saved me ordering another curb at a cost of $160.00.  I want receipts that show the purchase of cables, thermostat, rental of crane service, the permit required by the city of Reedley, and his certification that he installed the AC unit with a permit by the city.  I also need his tax ID to claim on my taxes.   The papers that he sent were totally unprofessional, he told me that he was a licensed technician, and HE HAS AN A+ RATING.I UNDERSTAND THE LIMITATIONS THAT YOUR OFFICE HAS TO TRY TO MITIGATE THESE TYPES OF PROBLEMS. HOWEVER, WHAT I AM ASKING FOR IS VERY SIMPLE.IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A 10 YEAR WARRANTY FOR ALL PARTS, I NEED ALL OF THIS PAPERWORK!!HE SAYS THAT I SIGNED BY MY " OWN HAND"  the payments?  what is he talking about?  All of this was done on the phone! He is trying to play lawyer with his jiberish.AFTER HE ACCEPTED THE JOB, AND ACKNOWLEDGED THAT HE WAS LICENSED, HE TOOK OFF TO MEXICO!  I CALLED HIS CELL PHONE AND HE KEPT PUTTING OFF THE INSTALLATION DATE.  Initially he was going to be away for a week.....he was gone 3 weeks!  These people were without heat in December which was bitterly cold.When I show these flimsy receipts to my tax preparer  they are not going to be ACCEPTABLE!  THESE RECEIPTS ARE VITAL NOT ONLY FOR TAXES BUT FOR INSURANCE PURPOSES.  THERE IS NOT ONLY THE ISSUE OF TAXES, BUT INSURANCE, AND OTHER LIABILITIES.IF HE IS NOT LICENSED HE SHOULD HAVE TOLD ME SO!!  I WANT LEGITIMATE RECEIPTS- --- AND THAT IS NOT TOO MUCH TO ASK.I BELIEVE THAT HE SHOULD HIRE AN HVAC TECHNICIAN TO REVIEW HIS WORK, PROVIDE ME WITH LEGITIMATE INSTALLATION RECEIPTS, AND COMPLETE MY 10 YEAR WARRANTY PAPERWORK . I PAID FOR THE A/C HEAT UNIT.  HE PROVIDED LABOR AND PARTS.  I WANT TO BE PROVIDED WITH HIS HOURLY CHARGES, AND THE PARTS WHICH I PAID FOR---ie:  thermostat.....the old curb was used to install the NEW UNIT.
