Riot games runs the League of Legends online game I have played on and off since 2010, so pretty much since the beginning of Riots rise to fame Over the past years, I have witnessed a severe degradation of their community, but the interesting thing is, they punish those who verbally complain about the system, and not the people responsible for the perpetration A quick look at their online forum, also indicates that anyone speaking out against a chat restriction, can receive as much as a permanent ban Considering that in game items cost real money, their method of punishing victims while promoting bullying from griefers, this is an obvious cheap cash grab, to get people to create new accounts (thus spending more money for unlocks)

Nearly all the complaints to the Revdex.com stem from the company banning users due to extreme toxicity, and the players demanding their money back, despite them agreeing to forfeit their money every time they patch the gameRiot Games has done a great job keeping the game up, and I've never had a problem with themI have not been unfairly banned, nor have I ever lost money to themI hope this will help offset the plethora of ridiculous complaints that plague them

The worst company I've ever dealt with for customer supportThey have no live supportThey punish players for their own game technical failsI've reported countless errors that crash the game on multiple operating systems and they have failed to address a single oneNow I sit here worrying about my account and the money i've spent on itThey are awful and beyond pathetic, no pathetic doesn't even correctly describe their tech helpI have not spent a single $ in years because of their lack of care for their customers and players with helping to improve the play and quality of fun

They have a juvenile and hypocritical understanding of the market that their game has createdFor example: I wrote them a ticket saying hey I really love your game I would love to buy from you using legitimate means a rare skin for Kayle called silver kayle which was only available upon releaseBut, I play only kayle and would really like to have that skin via you guys instead of via a third partyI will pay any reasonable market price for that skinI will even match the price that the third parties are asking for itTheir response that's impressive how much kayle you've played and how much you like our game but we can't do thatWe also don't want you to buy it third party though as we will ban that accountThe funny part of that is they have no way of knowing if an account is bought or not so that is an completely empty threat and we both know itThus their policy on that is just ridiculousHowever I did respect their wish and not get Silver Kayle through a third partyI still do not have silver kayle to this day
They had connection issues on their side based on the most recent patchThat made it through their tests that made it impossible for 5-percent of their player base to play the game for a period lasting up to weeks so farFurther, their protocol for helping out those consumers was completely uselessFor a company of that size that is inexcusableSecondarily, they also have a system in place that I fell victim to that ensure if you try to follow their steps to reconnect to games and fail you are punished for itWhen I appealed this with them for them to remove these delay from queues, I received the worst customer support I have ever receivedThe CS employee did not even read the ticketHe only read it after I called him out on itNor did he apologizeHe failed to help me which should have been a small matterI have had low priority queue for abandoning games in the past but, I did not petition it as it was fairThis time however it wasn't and they weren't the least bit helpful only rather demeaning and ineffective

Riot Games has the worst player punishment system possibleI have only been punished once by displaying unappropriate behavior but it was only in one game where I was the only player who remained in the gameRiot did not consider this when reading what I had said (which was directed towards the players who were no longer in the game)Punishment systems should never be automattic nor in the hands of the communityThey also take far too long to get back to you on your requestsIf Riot wishes to become a respected gaming company of the community then they need to staff their player support and punishment crew properly

A game is meant to be enjoyed and it is not for us to be restricted and controlled by the people that own it for financial gain. What Riot Games does is they go after established players accounts that are worth a lot of money to them by finding excuses to label the players negative and to then ultimately cause the account to get suspended, to which they encourage the same player to open a new account and start paying from scratch all over again to get the account to level 30 thus making them additional revenue. This practice is a revolving gaming ponzi scheme and should not be tolerated.

Unfortunately, videos of you playing on your account is not a valid form of evidence that we will consider. I can assure you I have double checked your account and I am confident in the results of our investigation. Due to this, we will not lift or modify this ban under any circumstances. I apologize because I understand this may not be the answer you were looking for, but please consider this decision final.

-- AKA - THEY DON'T [redacted] CARE IF YOU ARE IN THE RIGHT - THEY STILL WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AWAY AFTER SO MANY YEARS OF PLAYING THE GAME. THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE TO SAY HOW/WHY? [redacted]? Their TOU and TOS are too open and they can ban you for just having an antivirus program under their agreement. It wont hold up in court if that's true. They had no reason - yet they still ban my account even with proof showing other wise. I wont be giving any more money to this company. They steal, lie, and punish their payer base.

Considering that in game items cost real money, their method of punishing victims while promoting bullying from griefers, this is an obvious cheap cash grab, to get people to create new accounts (thus spending more money for unlocks).

These people steal your time and money away from you by having total control. They are able to ban your accounts without any way of trying to get them back. personally, My account was hacked. I gave them multiple sources of proof and hard evidence, they did nothing and refused to even attempt to help. They said they won't help and to stop trying because its a waste of time. This is wrong and cannot be tolerated. They are stealing from people and discriminating against people who are not a certain teir ranked player. Poor company values and poor employee attitudes sum it up. They care NOTHING for the consumer and only for themselves. I even asked to speak with a manager of some sort and they completely ignored my request.

I have owned my account since season 1 and they have the arrogance and self conceited attitude to question my ownership out of nowhere. Riot you are pathetic and have earned your low Revdex.com rating. My account Mr [redacted] is mine and my own, I have spent hard earned dollars and hours of my time to this account and you take it away and only offer recovery information that is next to impossible to remember for anyone who doesnt record every single activity. You are a lazy, profit seeking joke of a company.
