It happens. I offered to make it right but there will be no refund. My equipment and inks cost money so that money is gone. If he wants it fixed he can come in when it's healed. Please enter your reason(s) for rejecting the business response below.Mr. O[redacted] did offer to "touch them up" and as you can see from the photos they need more than touching up. They need to be covered, they are atrocious. There was not any aggression over the phone during our conversation when he refused to refund my money I merely stated that I would be reviewing his parlor and contacting the Revdex.com and that I would make sure that people are aware of the caliber of work done at Rio Tattoo Gallery. I never called him names, I did mention that the tattoos were st. The real issue at hand is that I was not told that I was being put in the hands of an apprentice for my tattoo. This in unacceptable in the Tattoo industry and is shady business practice. Offering to touch up the tattoo's is common practice and in no way is an attempt to remedy the situation. Mr. O[redacted] should be ashamed of the work done at his studio and if small tattoos don't mean easy work, Tattoo shop ownership does not mean talent.
