I offered to fix them when they are healed but I will not put up with aggression via phone call. There are no refunds in this business. I offered to fix them for free when they are healed. But to tell me I'm a [redacted] while I'm apologizing is not going to get your way. It was just a bad night....

It happens. I offered to make it right but there will be no refund. My equipment and inks cost money so that money is gone. If he wants it fixed he can come in when it's healed. Small tattoos don't mean easy work. Small letters are harder to do on skin then people think and I will not put up with verbal abuse while I'm trying to fix the situation.

I never called him names, I did mention that the tattoos were st. The real issue at hand is that I was not told that I was being put in the hands of an apprentice for my tattoo. This in unacceptable in the Tattoo industry and is shady business practice. Offering to touch up the tattoo's is common practice and in no way is an attempt to remedy the situation.
