Initial Business Response /* (1000, 10, 2015/05/20) */
On April.7/Rip N Shred Inc had an appointment to pick up customers confidential papers
On April.7/11:AM Rip N Shred driver arrived at location to pick up confidential papers, there was no one at the location as a result
the driver called the phone number provided and there was no answer
At approx 2:PM April.7/Rip N Shred Inc dispatch contacted the customer via phone, at that point when the customer had told Rip N Shred dispatch that they no longer required the service
Rip N Shred was willing to reschedule the pick up with no extra charges, client refused to reschedule appointment, instructed us to cancel pick up
Therefore the charge of approx $was for the service call
Initial Consumer Rebuttal /* (3000, 12, 2015/05/21) */
(The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.)
I had called to cancel the service BEFORE dispatch/driver came out
***
Therefore I should NOT be charged
***
I am VERY disappointed with the customer service I have been receiving from you
Thank you,
Final Business Response /* (4000, 14, 2015/05/26) */
We apologize for the mistake we have made, and found the mistake was in our office
We will reverse the invoice
Sorry for the inconvenience
Final Consumer Response /* (2000, 16, 2015/05/27) */
