(Following is an e-mail comment to Revdex.com staff - JS)***We have spoken with this customer in attempt to resolve her issue. We provided an email address to her so she could send us her photo via email, for us to view. It is our policy to request a viewing of what the customer received,
either through email or USPSWe did not receive the email. There was a follow up call made, only to find out that she did not properly type the email address. We provided the address againWe still have not receive anything from the customer. In order to correct the issue, we need to see what the problem is

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The response by this business is not accurate.  No one contacted me on September 14, 2017.  I specifically left my office and cell phone numbers.  Someone called my home number and left a message that the order would be shipped to my house by the end of that week.  The first time I heard anything regarding shipping to the school was October 4, 2017 via an email.  The pictures did arrive to my house on 10/5.  Regardless, an order placed on August 16, 2017 and nothing delivered until October 5, 2017 is acceptable?  Very disappointing to see no apology or anything in their response.  Very poor customer service!

September 14, 2017 after receiving a phone call from him. She told him when the school should receive the photos....

Unfortunately, due to software Issues, they were delivered later than the anticipated fourteen days. An e-mail received by the owner was also answered by our customer service department.The pictures were shipped to Mr [redacted] house via UPS on October .4, 2017 and were delivered to his house on Thursday, October 5, 2017.
