Antique Helper & Ripley Auctions is a year old consignment auction service Our company is one of, if not the most experienced online/live auction service in IndianaOur principals have decades of experience in conducting auctions with multiple absentee bidding opportunities Each sale is presented with a set of Terms & Conditions that insure the sale of properties is conducted per the UCC Our clients are our sellers and our customers are our bidders/buyers [redacted] had registered to bid via one of the several online services that present our auction catalogs for live bidding via the Internet In his case, I believe that he had registered thru eBay Live As you may already know, eBay does not provide transparency of certain terms and conditions, nor do they allow direct contact with "their" bidders Mr [redacted] had found our contact info on his own and called during our event Our terms strongly suggest that bidder questions/concerns/etcare best presented prior to the start of a live auction His behavior and conduct on the telephone was aggressive, threatening and inappropriate He expressed that he did not intend to follow certain specific terms of our auctionOne of our terms states that the all decisions of the auctioneer are final In this case, the auctioneer chose not to accept a bid from Mr [redacted] based on the bidder's behaviors that threatened to void any transactions that might have been allowed during the bidding processIn the interest of our client, a competing bid was accepted and a transaction completed with another bidder It is our hope and mission to allow bidding access to all qualified parties We have no reason to randomly deny a bidder Our experience directed the blocking of Mr [redacted] as a bidder who would not fulfill the contractual obligations of a live, consignment auctionOur records would show that there have been very few bidders with whom it was necessary to block from bidding It is unfortunate that it was required in this case, but it was done to protect the interest of our client, the consignor Respectfully Yours, [redacted] Ripley The Ripley Group Cultivate Stewardship E55th Place INDPLS, IN 317-490-***

 Each sale is presented with a set of Terms & Conditions that insure the sale of properties is conducted per the UCC.  Our clients are our sellers and our customers are our bidders/buyers.
 
[redacted] had registered to bid via one of the several online services that present our auction catalogs for live bidding via the Internet.  In his case, I believe that he had registered thru eBay Live.  As you may already know, eBay does not provide transparency of certain terms and conditions, nor do they allow direct contact with "their" bidders.  Mr. [redacted] had found our contact info on his own and called during our event.  Our terms strongly suggest that bidder questions/concerns/etc. are best presented prior to the start of a live auction.  His behavior and conduct on the telephone was aggressive, threatening and inappropriate.  He expressed that he did not intend to follow certain specific terms of our auction.
