From beginning to end, all employees of Ripley's Blind & Drapery, LLC acted in good faith when handling the multiple repairs in the [redacted] house. We informed the clients what our fees were to inspect and repair prior to any services rendered, and they agreed.   Furthermore,...

although we WERE NOT the company that sold these shades to the homeowner, we still sent the shades to the manufacturer for warranty service.  The client was given three NEW motors at NO CHARGE TO THEM, which is not part of the written warranty.  Warranties are only valid to the original purchaser through the dealer that sold the product.  Our installer, of 20 years, said all shades were programmed properly and were working the last time he left the house.  We were given a credit card for payment that was declined three times.  We tried to contact the client for months to pay the remaining balance, and no response.  We were then contacted by the Revdex.com with a bogus complaint.  The amount still in debt is $609.44.  My family hase been working in the window covering business in Austin for three generations...70 years!  I hope the public sees through this bogus complaint.
