The car was sold to me with a mechanical issue to the engineThe dealership has already confirmed that water was found inside of of the spark plug wells from an engine detail, this is causing misfires on all CycladesFrontline details all of their vehicles extensively including the engine for saleJohnny now says he details some of the cars he sells bit says frontline did not detail the engine of this carCoincendently, after I had mentioned in an email returning the car and getting me Lexus back that was mechanically flawless, that instantly it was soldThe owner of Frontline does not want to hold any accountability for selling a car with an engine defect and that the cause could also be from his company detailing the engineHe wants all liability put on Ford instead of selling a vehicle to a customer that had a mechanical engine problemI have all emails and my first complaint was sent via email to Mike days after I purchased the car, this is within the day Arizona Lemon LawI currently dropped my car off again yesterday at SanTan Ford for a third attempt at repairI have only owned the vehicle for weeksI have documented complaints starting on day until yesterday and I've only owned the car month

First we are very sorry that our customer is having a drivability problem with her purchase and have attempted to offered her a warranty solutionThere were no problems or concerns when she purchased the car with the initial complaint being approxweeks laterCustomer purchased
mustang with approx9k milesVehicle is covered by manufactures (Ford motor company) full warrantyWhen we were advised that she was having a concern with this vehicles performance we did refer her to a Ford Dealership where she could have warranty repairs performedThe warranty for this vehicle is covered my the manufacture not by FrontlineWe are sorry that it has taken more than one attempt for the warranty repairs to be completed by the manufacture to her satisfactionHer suggestion that we should "instruct San Tan Ford on what to do is not an accepted business practice and unfortunately is not something we would be willing or able to doShe was also advised that warranty coverage is honored at any Ford dealershipI also explained that it is not uncommon for INTERMITTENT drivability issues as she described to often times take multiple attempts to correct the intermittent issueOnce again we very sorry for the inconvenience of having to take her car in for warranty repairs

Mr. [redacted] signed an option to purchase document that clearly stated it was non refundable. There was no deception as Mr. [redacted] knew exactly what he was doing and what it meant. While we make every effort for complete customer satisfaction in this instance it was obviously not possible.

The car was sold to me with a mechanical issue to the engine. The dealership has already confirmed that water was found inside 6 of 8 of the spark plug wells from an engine detail, this is causing misfires on all 8 Cyclades. Frontline details all of their vehicles extensively including the engine for sale. Johnny now says he details some of the cars he sells bit says frontline did not detail the engine of this car. Coincendently, after I had mentioned in an email returning the car and getting me Lexus back that was mechanically flawless, that instantly it was sold. The owner of Frontline does not want to hold any accountability for selling a car with an engine defect and that the cause could also be from his company detailing the engine. He wants all liability put on Ford instead of selling a vehicle to a customer that had a mechanical engine problem. I have all emails and my first complaint was sent via email to Mike 11 days after I purchased the car, this is within the 15 day Arizona Lemon Law. I currently dropped my car off again yesterday at SanTan Ford for a third attempt at repair. I have only owned the vehicle for 4 weeks. I have documented 3 complaints starting on day 11 until yesterday and I've only owned the car 1 month.

The Option to Purchase form is very clearly non refundable should buyer not purchase the vehicle. Vehicle was marked sold during the time customer was "transferring money from another source". He called after several days and asked for a few more days for his funds to arrive which we granted. After another week or so had passed he informed us that he had changed his mind and purchased another car. Our record is A+ with over 40 years in business. I can only ask had he not changed his mind and purchased a different vehicle and we had sold the car to someone else how he may have responded. Tell us why here...
