Although patient has signed contract about automatic payments on attached credit cards, she is upset that we are causing overdraft fees for being processed on scheduled dates She has filed a claim with the Revdex.com and requests $to be credited toward patients account as this is the cost of the overdraft fees We have tried to reach patient multiple times and have been unsuccessful to resolve issue with patient Doctor approves $credit toward patient’s account which has already been adjusted We have removed credit cards on file for patients account so that no automatic payments can be taken out Patient is now responsible for making payments each months before/or on the 1st Risas Dental & Braces [redacted] ***

I have had multiple procedures done with RisasIn fact, a whole mouth restoration, with bridges, and crownsThe price was unbeatable, my dentist was outstanding and understanding with my apprehensionI have recommended many family members and friendsThe free clinics that the have are a blessing for those that cannot afford services for their children

Response to complaint: We’d like to apologize for the poor costumer experience you received from one of our officesThere’s never a valid excuse for
us to be rude to our patientsProviding the best dental experience to our patients is one of our main goal and something we take very seriouslyThe reason for the charges to the account were due to not signing the new contract where you agreed to pay the $20/month until the $were paid off. We are glad you were able to continue your orthodontic treatment at one of our other officesThank you for giving us the opportunity to make it better for you

Today I went to the dentist as a walk in patient, I normally go to Risas Dental because I have always been happy with the service and my dentist..Today my dentist wasn't there so I had to see another dentist..Upon exam I was told two teeth were bad and needed extraction, today I could only afford to do one...The dentist started the procedure and had to stop because I was crying in pain!! He gave me more numbing medicine and proceeded to say I dont think more medicine will help...He came back to finish and again im crying in extreme pain because he said it was a very bad infection, he began to get fustrated and said " I DONT KNOW WHAT YOU WANT ME TO DO" he started to work on the tooth some more and said I can send you to a specialist but I dont know what he can do..Then a moment later the screw popped out from the extraction that was causing trouble via, the tooth I had pulled was a very bad Root Canal Tooth...He told the assistant to put cotton in my mouth and then said "give her some pills to take home"..He did not say anything and proceeded out the exam room!! This dentist had the worst bed side manner I have ever experienced! I left in tears and was so upset by the dentist and his poor unprofessional attitude! Even the tone in his voice during the extraction was horrible!!! Never again do I ever want to deal with that dentist again!! CHAD * H*** DDS is a horrible dentist

My adult son got braces there and came into some financial difficulties so I took over his payments Well they will not take a personal check so had been mailing a money orderI live miles away with no way of knowing if they were actually receiving the payment I set up a once a month payment on my debit card for the Novpayment and then recurring from then on to be debited on the 15th of the monthIt was taken out on Novthen another payment the next day he was behind one payment I did not authorize that payment and nothing was said to me when I set it up Decided to let it go since it was owed but my biggest complaint is the girl I talked to was so rude and said well you did sign a contract I signed absolutely nothing!! It is not my bill and am still steaming about the rude way I was talked to

I must say that this was the worst experience I've ever had (business) in my life first off me and my fiancé took our five children to their labor of love function, that was a disaster first off we were numbers 20-25 after we waited in line for about 1 1/2 hrs. They let a group of boys and girls club children in before everyone. Keep in mind that this event was only four hours long. My fiancé went in to get an idea of time because we didn't want to be out in the heat for nothing with our children. They took this questioning as in insult I guess because they got an attitude my fiancé then explained that she wasn't complaining cause this is a great thing that they were doing we just didn't want to continue to wait in the heat and sun all the while they had water inside the office but didn't let us know outside. My fiancé turned in our tickets because it was already 9am. My fiancé wrote an email to Risas explaining what had happened. She was contacted by [redacted] by email to reschedule due to the problem and in his email he states the family will be taken care of. So we go today, mind you each time we are coming from Maricopa to Tempe we get their first thing they ask is how we are paying when this was supposed to be free (up to $300 per person). When we explain this to the receptionist she goes in the back comes back and says we can only see three of you because you only had three tickets (lie #1) my fiancé is arguing this with the receptionist. They get a little loud then [redacted] comes out and begins yelling at my fiancé I try to calm the situation and pond tried the same with me. This was the most unprofessional actions, in front my children, that I have ever witnessed pond then offers to do three which we whole heartedly refused after all this there is no way in the world I would let him touch my dog much less my children

We were promised fixed dentures a week ago, the office will not return calls or give us a time when they will be done. They told us they would be fixed on 9/8/14. They took all of our money and have not fixed or returned them as of today 9/12/14.

My adult son got braces there and came into some financial difficulties so I took over his payments. Well they will not take a personal check so had been mailing a money order. I live 170 miles away with no way of knowing if they were actually receiving the payment I set up a once a month payment on my debit card for the Nov. 2016 payment and then recurring from then on to be debited on the 15th of the month. It was taken out on Nov. 3 then another payment the next day he was behind one payment I did not authorize that payment and nothing was said to me when I set it up. Decided to let it go since it was owed but my biggest complaint is the girl I talked to was so rude and said well you did sign a contract I signed absolutely nothing!! Review: I have had several issues with Risas Dental and Braces regarding treatment, scheduling, poor customer service, lack of awareness and experience from staff, and overall unprofessionalism. The only reason I have continued to see them is because I was receiving orthodontic care and felt "stuck." A few months ago I notified Risas Dental and Braces that I would no longer be continuing treatment with them for the following reasons: the overall lack of professionalism from their office, impossible to get an appointment, dissatisfaction of care. I was then told that I could either come in and have braces removed for $500 or transfer my ortho care to another practice. On several occasions I had expressed my dissatisfaction with my treatment (prior to me discontinuing treatment) and requested to transfer locations, all complaints and requests were ignored or denied. Now after all this they are still charging my bank account each month for ortho services despite me canceling treatment months ago. I have tried to resolve the problem by calling their office and speaking with their staff regarding the issue. Each person tells me difffernt things, no one seems to know what is going on or how to handle the situation. It is as if they are trying to avoid the situation and make it as hard as possible for me to get anywhere near a resolution. On my most recent attempt I was told I could come in on a day the Orthodontist is there between 9am and 5pm and wait for him to have time to talk to me in person They said I would have to wait several hours most likley all day due to severe overflow of patients. They refuse to set up an appointment to resolve issue even though this is their error. In addition the Dental assistants (who do most of the work on ortho patients) are very unexperienced and have made numerous painful, time consuming, and costly mistakes at my expense. Also my orthodontist was changed mid way through my treatment without notice or permission from me.Desired Settlement: Stop charging me for treatment that I have cancelled, refund the past three months of billed treatment that was never received.

Have you had luck resolving this issue.

Had an appt. im a cash pt. was there two min early. got put in a room 10 min after. was in there for an hour waiting no one came in to help. I wasnt even told if dr was running behind anything. walked out. never going back.

Did you pay cash in full? Were you given a refund.

Review: I am filling this compliant to express my dissatisfaction at the horrible service and experience I have had at Risas Dental. In [redacted] I had an appointment scheduled for January 5th at 7pm. I arrive at my appointment only to be advised that the dentist was leaving at 7pm. The receptionist didn't have the courtesy to reschedule my appointment, instead she advised that I could "walk in “ on Saturday January 9th to be seen. Like a fool I walk in a little after 9am on the 9th only to find that there was no one at the desk and a line of customers almost out the door, at that point I decided to leave, furious and disappointed. To have an appointment cancelled and then to have to "walk in" to see if I could eventually be seen by a dentist, is absurd, I am livid about the time I've had to waste dealing with Risas Dental. Twice this week I have had my time, abused by Risas Dental and that is just unacceptable This experience with Risas Dental, has been one of the most abysmally poor customer service experiences that I have ever seen.

Review: I had set up a payment plan with Risas Dental for my daughters braces with my [redacted] card. Abut 4 months ago, I called them and made a payment on my bank debit card, since I had had surgery and had used the funds in the [redacted] and needed to raise the amount deposited in the account every payday. I let them know that this was to be used the one time only, and the [redacted] card wa to be used going forward. Two months later they have decided to run the debit card, they should not have kept on file, causing my checking account to overdraw last month for $90 in overdraft fees. My husband went to Risas and made the payment on the [redacted] card after I called and complained and they reversed the charge, but did not reimburse me for the fees, (I also reiterated they were not to used this card) he also told them they were not to use our bank card for payments. Again on the first of this month they have once again run the card causing the account to over draw again for another $90 in overdraft fees. At this point I want to have the $180 taken off the balance of the bill for my daughters braces and for Risas to get their act together on my account and quit using cards they have no authorization to use.Desired Settlement: At this point I want to have the $180 taken off the balance of the bill for my daughters braces and for Risas to get their act together on my account and quit using cards they have no authorization to use. I am at the point of filing a complaint with the [redacted] for fraudulent use of my card.
