We invoiced the customer in error. A credit was issued against the account on 10-5-2017 in response to the original inquiry we received, but the customer may have been unaware that the credit was issued. Customer has been informed that the credit was issued on 10-12-and is
satisfied with the resolution. We extend our apologies for the error and the apparent lack of effective communication

This individual
sought an energy efficiency incentive from a utility program that we
administer.  She was looking to have a front door replaced that is in poor
condition.  Unfortunately,
based on the cost estimates she received from some contractors, the improvement
did not qualify...

for an incentive based on the standards that are applied in
these cases.  The individual was only promised that it would be considered
for an incentive – and it was.   While we understand her
disappointment in the outcome,  we are not in a position to override those
standards.

We have been in contact with the customer.  We have apologized for the inconvenience and expense caused by the installation, and we have reached an agreement with the customer on reimbursement for the expenses he incurred.  We believe that the matter has been settled.

We have reached an agreement with the customer.  Per the email below, a refund amount was agreed upon without stipulating to the concerns that were expressed.  Customer agreed to withdraw the complaint per the note below. Payment has been issued. eFrom: [redacted]...

Customer has been contacted by senior management and offered the appointment that was requested by the customer.  Customer will notify senior management when her schedule permits the visit to be made.
