our business is failingwe have been trying to keep it going for so long, and I have tried to save it for so longand in that process we have carried this order out way past its due datei am sorry this happenedi am not proud of itand its not the way I want to treat anybodyyesi do owe him either some drums or some money, I do have the drumset and its almost donethere have been some issues with some of the specifics and we just didnt have the funds or the resources to make it rightso it got pushed offin no way is this an excusedecwe stopped building drumswe got kicked out of our space because we were behind on renti am working to pay back the people that we owe, and one of those is you ***i will try to contact you in real time and we can try to work out a payment back to youi will do my best to make that happensorry that you are in this

I thought I sent the correct tension rodsi am sorry that I didnti am putting them in a box and mailing a bunch of different sizes right nowin hopes that the correct sizes are somewhere insidei am sending different lengthsone of these should be the correct onesi am off to the post office right now and will get them in todays mail.I am sorry that this has been so difficult for youwe never meant to treat you this wayi am genuinely sorryi hope this helps to remedy the situation

This complaint seems to be fair and correct, I spoke with [redacted] this morning and am in process to try to fix the issueif the issue does not get fixed with this next try, I will work toward getting him new drumsi am remorseful that it went this far, and I feel that [redacted] is completely fair in his explanation and in his requestsi will work toward fixing the problemthanks

yes, its true, its been way too long. I do have the drums done. I will reach out to customer to try to work out an agreement that he can be happy withi would be willing to do some sort of discount on the second half so his payment is not as much

Yes, I agree with the timeline and details in this complaintRisendrums has been struggling a bit in the last few years, and I always think that the turn to better days is coming, and I think we can get that kit ready for you to finishSo we do keep putting it offI honestly havent been lying to
you for these years, I have been hopeful that I can find a way to finish your kitbut that being said, I realize its way too little too late, and you have not had a kit for a long time. I do believe I am in a better position to build you this kit if you would like to still have itbut at the same time, if whats best for you is to get some money, then I totally understand and can work toward getting that back to you.I do have your email, and I will reach out to you today and try to make some steps in the right direction.I am sorry we have not treated you very fairlywe want to make it right

Although the company has been gracious in explanation of the situation and admitted that they need to pay me back and are working on it, I have no way of getting reimbursed nor a time frame or guarantee that I will get my money backI just need a solution, I need the money, I paid and I'm now over extended because of the loss on the drumsThank you

I totally understand, the company almost went under this winter, and we are rising from our issues, but its taking way longer than I thought. every time I think I can finish this kit for you jack, I got more issues that come up.I do still have these drums, and I can finish them. but I have time next week, and I can make it a priority to get these drums done. I am sorry we are here. I never intended to not finish your drums, but obviously I have not. i will get them done. as a matter of fact, I know that originally we were only going to rewrap the kick drum, but I will get more wrap and finish the whole kit. I need 10 days to make this happen.
