Happy to report having been a satisfied customer for several years now, that my experience with Risezone has been positive. Even though, communication with technicians may have been hampered by poor telephone connection which is in part due to our Canadian location where we do not have the privilege of a copper line and have to rely on Satellite transmission, frustration of other kinds due to misunderstanding that have caused friction, have been overcome by courteous approach. I can truly recommend Risezone and most of their technicians as a viable means to have computer systems run flawless.
