There are many websites that scientifically prove the contrary that there is indeed traces of chemicals left after processing. Based on their response, I purchased their loose leaf product. I was so disgusted when I saw the product stuck together like “hair balls”. I did not contact them since they have the tendency to brush off the consumer with a lame explanation. I thought the consumer should “be aware” of the quality of their teas.
