Tell us Hi [redacted], First, we want to say we do understand your frustration with the anticipation of purchasing a home now being put on hold for a little longer. Secondly, can you please provide us with the documentation (emails) from [redacted] stating a guaranteed increase in your credit score? We would like to review this information.  The credit cards we recommend are all secure credits cards, meaning there is a small fee and/or deposit. For the credit institution this is how the protect themselves. Some of the cards on our website are for fair credit (600+) and some are for bad credit (500 or lower). If you were turned down by one of these companies we certainly want to know which credit providers denied your application, as this is an issue for our company. Can you please provide us with the information for the credit institutions you submitted an application for, off our website, and were denied credit?  After reviewing your last credit report (March 20, 2017) in detail the following accounts were added to your credit report after our services started.             11/29/2016 – [redacted] was added to Transunion            11/1/2016 – [redacted] was added to Experian            12/1/2016 – [redacted] was added to Experian            12/1/2016 – [redacted] was added to Experian (different account than above)            12/5/2016 – [redacted] was added to Equifax and Transunion ([redacted])            12/12/2016 – [redacted] was added to Equifax and Transunion ([redacted]) There is not a specific [redacted] account listed on your credit report but [redacted] is associated with [redacted], I believe this is the account you are referencing. You state that this is a fraudulent account, do you have a police report claiming identity theft? If so, we do not have this documentation on file. Without proper documentation of identity theft, we are unable to dispute information with the credit bureaus as being fraudulent.  After reviewing your file in further detail, we did add the 6 collection accounts that were added to your credit report after starting our services, to your file to begin the dispute process. As stated in our the “Best Results Agreement” within our contract, accounts added to your credit report as well as no positive, open tradelines will affect your score negatively. These are the reasons your score has not increased or dropped.  As for your account being debited on March 24, monthly payment are for services rendered, as stated in our contract. Our services, as clearly stated in our contract, are to you help improve your credit profile. There is no mention of credit score increase as this depends on many factors. Although this is the result we desire, we have documentation stating that adding new accounts and having no open, positive credit will impact your score negatively. Which is the case here. You received decent results from our services: 25% removed from Equifax, 36% removed from Experian, and 27% from Transunion. These statistics include the 6 accounts that were added while you were in the program. As we stated, those 6 accounts plus no open, positive credit is the reason there is no increase in your score. This has nothing to do with Rising Point Solutions services. We stand firm on our offer of continuing to work on your file for 3 months at no charge, but no refund will be given as our services, as stated in our contract, were provided. why here...

Tell us why here.. Hi [redacted],  As stated in our contract, as well as multiple email conversations, our program does not guarantee results or specific score increases. After reviewing the communication between you and the sales representative and customer service representative there is no...

mention of a guarantee.  Comparing your original credit report with your updated credit report on (3/20/17), you did receive a score increase; 524 to 549. The 505 real estate credit score you are referring to is a FICO Score, which is calculated much differently than a consumer based score; which are what the first two credit scores we have on file. As previously stated, there are over 40 different types of scoring models, many of those being strictly consumer based score (like your first two scores). Real Estate (lender) Scores are different in the sense that the score is calculated based of different factors than consumer based scores. This is the reason we send you back to the same credit monitoring site to get an updated credit report, therefore the score is based on the same scoring model. During the consultation you were given specific instructions on how to build credit as you had/have no open (positive) tradelines reporting to your credit report. There are also several instances where the sales representative as well as the customer service representative reminded you to open up new tradelines. Specific resources and sites were given as these are secure credit cards. With a 500 credit score you cannot go to just a bank on any corner and try to qualify for a credit card, you will need an secured credit line. As stated in all email conversations.  Your score did drop for two reasons, you failed to open any positive credit lines as advised multiple times. Although our top priority is to remove negative items from your credit report, you are still responsible for placing new, open, positive tradelines on your credit. Removing negative items from your credit report does boost your credit score but only if you have positive, open tradelines to counteract the accounts as they are no longer factored into your score. Secondly, a new account was added to your credit report on 11/29/2016 to Transunion for [redacted]. This had a significant impact on your Transunion credit score as well.  As stated in our previous conversation, we have terminated your account with us. Due to the information provided above we will be unable to give you a refund on our services. We will though offer you 3 months of service at no charge to continue working on removing the negative and/or inaccurate items on your credit report. We also ask that during those 3 months you open up at least one positive open trade line.   .
