Falsely advertised a shelter as being an NBC shelter which is neither airtight or waterproof, to keep out nuclear/biological/chemicals or water I paid $45,for an NBC (nuclear, biological, chemical) shelter that isn't even waterproof and can't keep out simple rain waterThey claim the vague wording in their contract protects them from fulfilling any portion of their warrantyThey falsely advertised their products with deceptive claims, verbally made promises that they refuse to keep and do not stand behind their own product or installation of it

I recently did some business with a company called Rising S that builds steel bunkers and storm sheltersI spoke with a fella Gary L*** told him what I wanted to order from the company and he mailed me a contract to review sign and return with deposit moneyUpon doing so I also enclosed a drawing of the shelter showing where I wanted the doors and hatches to open.I finally spoke with Gary a year later and told me my shelter was finished and that theyhad installed the lights in the shelter which I did not want doneHe offered to remove them I didn't want them wasting any more timeHe also requested that I send the balance of the money dueFinally about three months later the shelter was ready to shipThe crane service showed up then the truck with the shelterMy first look I saw there were no hatches on top, I couldn't imagine they would put them inside for me to install which they were suppose to installAfter being unloaded to the ground I went to do a inspection
