Called Chris for a quote on a chimney repair. While on the roof he pointed out damage from the recent winter's snow & ice dams, explaining that he had experience dealing with roofing repairs (Rising Star Roofing) and insurance companies in these circumstances. He coordinated & negotiated with my insurance company, which paid the claim for the entire roof replacement minus the deductible. Wow!
