A couple of weeks later, one of our instructors, [redacted] decided to resign and work at another local barn Here at Rising Star Equestrian Center we have four instructors that teachWhile [redacted] was ***’s (Ms [redacted] ’s daughter) favorite instructor here, another instructor as well as myself have taught [redacted] during the 1/years that they have been clients? After [redacted] left, Ms [redacted] did call the barn and I spoke to her? She wanted a refund of her money? I let her know that was not an option as she paid in advance for a discounted rate and that she is more than willing to come use her remaining lessons ?" that we would be happy to teach ***, in fact, I think she is a sweet young lady? Ms [redacted] did not like my answer and proceeded to call several more times at which point I did not want to argue, so I left well enough alone? My offer still stands that [redacted] is welcome back at anytime to use up the remaining lessons.? Thank you, [redacted] ?

That you "pay" your year old working students less than minimum wage? Originally the coupon book "deal" was presented that if you purchased a book of you received the 10th lesson "free" and that is always how I regard the coupon book.Again, I reiterate my request to have my coupon book be returned to me via mail or I receive a full refund for services paid for but not received? Dear Revdex.com, I now feel that Ms [redacted] is intentionally being untruthful Everyone who purchases lessons in advance receives a 5% discount – everyoneYes, I do have an equestrian apprentice program whereby young riders can help out doing barn chores in order to learn about the care of horses and the running of a farm in exchange for credit towards their lessons My intention is educate students through hands on care, because horsemanship is much more than just a riding lessonI choose to have them punch in and keep track of hours like regular workers because I feel it encourages them to take responsibility while at the barn [redacted] was one of these students (by their choice) and this is the first time her mother has ever complained The [redacted] ’s received the 5% discount AND used ***’s hours to help pay for the lessonsMy original offer to come back and use their lessons still stands
