I am rejecting this response because: in regards to the door knobs I told these workers do not drill holes in the doors or drawers because I wanted to talk to my husband first I left the kitchen for about minutes and I came back and they had proceeded to drilHoles in all the doors and drawers after I told them not toAnd on the last day the worker over sanded thacounter top and end cap ( I have pictures) so *** (*** worker) was on the phone talking to him about the over sanding and *** agreed For me To withhold $so the countertop and in cap could be repaired from his workers over sanding it also I have a receipt with his employees signature on it stating that my bill is paid in full. and as far as the stain in the cabinet yes it had to be replaced because either *** or one of his employees set my food processor on top of the stain inside the cabinet to hide itand I have tried to get ahold of him because the cabinets are uneven and there are coming off the walls they did not anchor the cabinetsalso he said he was going to replace the copper Pipes that's why it was going to cost $and he replaced it with PVCalso we told him how we wanted things done and he did not follow our instructions he did things the way he wanted with very cheap Materials and yes I asked him to leave and not come back because he would not listen to what I was asking him to do and he was upsetting me to the point of tears

Construction Inc Ca( LC# ***) would like to make a statement in regards to the complaintWe do understand in our tine of work there would always be issues or complaints and the same goes for alt businesses but we strive ourselves in working together and solving any complaints that the clients may have. In the case of Mrs***, Rising Starr Construction Inc stands behind our workWe did everything that we were contracted to do, took out the swamp cooler vent that was leaking, removed drywall from the ceiling, and part of the wall, applied drywall, mud and had it sanded different times prior to texturing it t apologize to Mrs*** for my guy's carelessness in not paying attention to details and she was OK. I help her secure her window air condition that was not on our contract and everything seems to be fine, We were also ready to install her beam but I was told by her not to worry about the beam her painting crew wants it down and they will install it once their painting work is doneWe received final payment with an understanding that our work at her place was completed_ Randomly, we like to check up on our clients from time to time to see how they're doing and I was told by' Mrs*** a month later that everything was fineWe were not aware of the complaint from MrsMary *** till we just got back in from out of town. I am rejecting this response because: I told *** I would see if the painters would put the beam back up. There was only one guy painting and he couldn't do it by himself. I texted *** to see when he could come put the beam back up. He kept telling me he would be here but never did show up. I have several texts to prove he said he would come and do it..He did nothing to help secure my window cooler, all he did was put duct take around the window to keep air from coming inHe did nothing to secure the cooler to the window.He knew I was upset. I sent text begging him to please come finish. I had already paid for it and I can't afford to pay someone else to finish what he was suppose to do.If he doesn't want to come and finish the job I paid him to do then he can pay someone to come and finish it for him and reimburse me the $delectable I had to pay out of pocket. I am tired of contractors taking advantage of people, especially seniors like me who are on limited incomes. If he doesn't want to be a man and resolve this problem I will find another way to do it legally

We do understand in our tine of work there would always be issues or complaints and the same goes for all businesses but we strive ourselves In working together and solving any complaints that the clients may have. In the case of Mrs. [redacted] Rising Starr Construction Inc stands behind our work. We have done everything to resolve all Issues with Mrs. [redacted] to no satisfaction by the client The kitchen cabinets were purchased at [redacted] approved by Mrs. [redacted], prior to installing them. She did not like one particular cabinet above her stove, we went back, removed the new electrical hood, all the duct work and replaced with a new cabinet with no extra charge to her. One based cabinet appears to have a stain on the inside on the bottom (no knowledge any stain there till couple of weeks later) we went back removed the entire counter-top including the new sink, the toe kick and replaced cabinet at no extra charge to the client. The counter-top which she was not crazy over the seam, and besides my guy had over sanded the seam to level it out, we replaced at no extra charge to her ( not her fault). The cabinet door knobs, which she really harassed my guy over it, we took it off and replaced at no extra charge to her. Last day as we prepared to do minor touch up and clean up I was told by Mrs. [redacted] not to set foot on her property. Final payment for the entire project will be given to my guy in the form of check in full according to Mrs. [redacted], however, only a partial payment was received. We understand that Mrs. [redacted] Has been in and out of the hospital and we tried to resolved any issues she has even up till September the 26th which it was my last contact with them as we tried to offer up any resolution to this matter.Rising Starr Construction Inc stands behind the work that was performed at Mrs, [redacted]'s residence. Regards [redacted]
