Review: In January 2013, I sent 995.00 to this company for an engine. I never received an engine, and never received my money back.

This company cashed my check, and never came through with an engine, or a refund. They did not answer my calls after the first one, and hung up on me repeatedly.Desired Settlement: I want my money back with interest.

Review: I ordered an engine online, paid in full and never received the engine. Phone calls and emails never returned.

On 5/6/13 my brother, [redacted] ordered a 2002 Honda Accord engine invoice: 2863 at a cost of $1110.00. We were to use a pre-paid self addressed UPS shipping label for payment. On 5/14/13 I used that label and sent a check in the amount of $1110.00 payable to Rising Sun Engines and sent it to 2339 West Hammer Lane Suite C #232 Stockton Ca XXXXX-XXXX. My check was cashed on 5/20/13 through Bank of America. Since that date numerous emails and phone calls have not been answered and NO engine has ever arrived.So after a little research, I've found that I'm not alone, unfortunately. This should be of note, I have called the numbers from different phones and have received call backs as recently as 2 weeks ago with [redacted] saying " replying to your call about an engine, give us a call back and we can give you a quote over the phone" so he is still at this scam..

I want my money back. On 6/19/13 I filed a complaint with the Pennsylvania States Attorneys Office, Bureau of Consumer Protection. On 8/14/13 I received a letter that the complaint was turned over to the California Attorney General Generals Office Public Inquiry Unit. I have no real hope of restitution but this guy needs to be stopped. He has scammed/stolen from a lot of people and truly belongs in jail..Desired Settlement: I want my check in the amount of $1110.00 refunded.
