Review: I ordered from this company about a month ago, when I recieved my package I realized they sent me the wrong size.I immediatly contacted Malaina C[redacted](owner) and asked what I can do about the mistake they made. She told me they have the exchange policy on her website and to send back the product. I sent it back the very next day and paid for a 2day shipment, I recieved the product on a tuesday, sent it out wednesday and she confirmed they recieved on friday. Since then they have not sent me the size I ordered, given me a refund or replied to any of my emails. The only replies I had gotten back was from them stating they will not give me refund because they did not make the mistake. I havent heard anything back and they have not refunded my money. Their policy states that an exchange(sending back product) must be done within 48hours and that it would be processed within 5-7 business days. its been 3weeks now.Desired Settlement: I just want the $111.09 back that I spent.
Review: I placed an order on July 27, 2014 with a delivery time of 7-10 days after processing of payment. The payment was processed immediately but I still have not received any merchendise what so ever. I have tried contacting the business through email, phone calls, texting and direct messaging on social media with no response. On August 11, 2014 I received an email from the company stating there was a tracking number only to find out the tracking number is invalid and has now been invalid for a week. Either the merchendise was never shipped or the tracking number is also fraudulent. I wish to receive my money back but I get no response any time I try to contact the business for a refund.Desired Settlement: If I do not receive my merchendise this week I would like a full refund for horrible customer service.
Review: I placed an order on April 9th, 2014 of a [redacted] (Long) Corset the website stated the merchandise would be shipped within 1-3 Business days. I tried calling and getting in contact with someone from the company but no one would call me back. On May 1st someone emailed me and told me my merchandise would be delivered shortly gave me a tracking number to track but the it was now middle of May and the merchandise had not left their facility. I emailed the person and I received no responds. I called my bank the beginning of June and filled a complaint through them, after in June 2nd, 2014 I did received a product in the mail that was not what I ordered, I told my bank and they advised me to send it back, I paid the post office to send it back and I have a tracking number and shows they have received the product back. This company is out to scam people out of their money, all I want is the product I was promised and have this behind me. Please Help!!Desired Settlement: I want the [redacted] (long) Corset Item # [redacted] with lace that I ordered.
Review: I ordered a product back in August 2014. They never shipped my item and failed to reply to my messages, phone calls and texts. They even went so far as to block me of they're sight where they sell the products ([redacted]). This company is ripping people off not just myself. This is totally unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I believe they should either refund my money or send the product.
