Review: My daughter [redacted] got married on November 11, 2011. As of today we still have not gotten our 200 proofs that we paid for. I & my daughter have tried NUMEROUS times calling, texting & she has ignored us. This was paid for well before her wedding. I am wanting her to send us what we paid her for almost 2 years ago. This is no way to do business.I am asking please for your help in settling this matter.Thanks,[redacted]###-###-####Desired Settlement: I would like for her to send us our 200 proofs.

I would like a date this will be delivered to me. I have enclosed the text that she sent my daughter on June 3, 2013. I think 3 months is a long time for something to be back ordered. I do not think I am being unfair at all in this matter as the wedding was on 11/11/11.

Review: Rita Frelich Artography was hired for photography services for both our engagement photos and our wedding day photos. We were married 4/18/15 and were told the day after our wedding we would receive a sneak peak very soon. After multiple attempts to call, text and email it wasnt until 6/16/15 that we received an email with our proofing site and a message simply stating "Please let me know the address you would like me to send your flash drive". From there we would receive the disc in the mail containing our engagement and wedding photos. Since the proofing site became available several attempts were made by call, text and email for status updates on the photos with no response in return. To this day we still hadn't received our disc of wedding photos, engagement photos or even a response as to the delay.Our contract also included an album. The last response I had from Rita was pertaining to the album. I simply asked how to pick out the album photos and also asked when we would receive the disc AND when to expect the album. She chose to ignore all questions about receiving the disc and album and simply just informed me how to pick out album photos. As to todays date the last I heard from her was 7/10/15. I still haven't received the disc of either sessions, confirmation she received the album photos or any answers to why the delay. Rita was paid in full for all services prior to our wedding date and has yet to fulfill her end of the contract!Desired Settlement: I would like the disc containing photographs from both our engagement photo shoot and our wedding day. I want the copyrights to all of the photos taken during said events. In addition to that, I also want a full refund of money paid for said services which was $2,565 ($2,200 for 7 hours of coverage,online proof site, difital imagines+ printing rights 1 portrait session & 8x10 album, $350 for 2nd shooter, $315 for album upgrade, $300 was applied for spring special) due to breach of contract.

Review: I contacted Mrs. [redacted] in October 2012 in regards to my wedding photos, we paid in full for a package in the amount of $2800 for Wedding Photography. The check was mailed to Mrs [redacted] in November 2012, and we were then scheduled for our Feb 16 2013 wedding day. This package was to include editing and a disk/flash drive containing our images. Since our wedding date I have attempted to contact Mrs [redacted] by means of phone, email, and text. She has failed to respond in a timely manor to my correspondence, and has just recently made my images available online for viewing in low-definition. It has since been 23 weeks since the wedding and I believe this is MORE than a reasonable enough time to have my images. Mrs [redacted] emailed me on June 3 2013 stating she hoped to have the images out to me the following week, to which I replied with my address. 3 weeks later she emailed me asking for my address again, I replied with my address, and three more weeks have passed and I still have not received the images. I have made more attempts to contact her with no luck. The only excuse Mrs [redacted] has given, is that she has been busy with other clients. I feel this is highly unprofessional and un ethical.Desired Settlement: I would like my Images delivered to me within the next 10 days. I also feel that we should be offered some form of credit for her unprofessional behavior.

Review: [redacted] Artography was hired for Video & Photography services for our 12/8/2012 Wedding. It has been over 14 months since the wedding; after numerous phone calls, voicemails and emails later, she has stopped responding about when we will get our Wedding Video (She did mail the proofs for our wedding photos after 10 months and a plethora of e-mails and phone calls for them). We paid in full prior to our wedding date (Paid on 11/21/2012) as per the contract, for services that have not been completely fulfilled. It's been over 14 months now. We had our 1 year anniversary with no wedding video to watch. Having my emails and phone calls ignored for months in unacceptable. This is completely unprofessional.Desired Settlement: I would like my Video Package that includes 4 hours of video coverage (Ceremony & Reception), 3 Copies of DVD, and Montage. I also want a full refund for services ($1,500) due to breach of contract. Rita Frelich has not returned my calls or emails and we did not have our wedding video to watch for our 1 year anniversary.

As the client was informed many times, I have the video footage from her wedding day. Unfortunately, due to equipment malfunctions (in transferring the video to disc) I lost a good bit of time trying to solve these issues. I have had these technical issues resolved, it took about 6 months of working on the problem to get the equipment to perform as it should and unfortunately I am backlogged with videos from these issues and am working to get the videos completed and out to this client and others. I will get this video completed ASAP and sent out to the client.

[redacted] said she would have our video to us "soon" the 2 times that she

responded to any of my emails in the last 15 months and the 1 time she

answered my phone calls. Attached

are those 2 emails. In an email dated June 6, 2013 (9+

months ago) she said "I will be getting your video edited and ready to

mail soon". On a phone call made July 10, 2013 she said we'd have the

video within a month. Please provide us with an exact delivery date for the product we paid for 15 months ago.

Review: Rita Frelich Artography was hired for photography services for both our engagement photos and our wedding day photos. We were married 12/01/12 and were told it would take a few short weeks before our photos would be available to view on a proofing site. From there we would receive the disc in the mail containing our engagement and wedding photos. The proofing site wasn't available until 04/16/13, which was 19 long weeks after our wedding. Prior to the proofing site becoming available several attempts were made by email for status updates on the photos with no response in return. When the photos were available, we viewed our photos and decided that we were not going to order any prints, rather wait for our wedding disc. Come June, we still hadn't received our disc of wedding photos. I emailed [redacted] on 06/04/13 to check the status yet again. She responded on 06/06/13 saying she swore she mailed them, but lost the notebook containing such information. She also asked for my mailing address and said she would mail them. I have emailed her twice since then and called on 07/05/13 as I still have not received the disc containing my photographs. I want my photos. I paid in full prior to my wedding date for services that have not been completely fulfilled. It's been over 7 months now.Desired Settlement: I would like the disc containing photographs from both our engagement photo shoot and our wedding day (getting ready, ceremony, reception) and I want the copyrights to all of the photos taken during said events. In addition to that, I also want a full refund of money paid for said services (which is $1,659.00) due to breach of agreement (weeks have passed and the disc f photos have not been received, and Rita Frelich has not returned my calls or emails).
