I really think you should bring it back especially because when rita's first came out , the whole idea was about fruit.. now a days u still have some fruit but you added a lot more sugary thing to your menu... ...So please bring back that flavor... Thanks, Wes
I contacted Rita's customer service through their online website AND their *** page about their offer of a free Italian Ice on the first day of Spring. I was not able to partake on the offer because their 7171 Security Blvd Windsor Mill MD 21244 location was "sold out" by 6pm (after I got off from work. The first day I contacted them was Thursday March 21, 2019. I received no answer. I then contacted them on *** Wednesday March 29, 2019 about not receiving any response from customer service. They assured me something would get back to me. Weeks have went by and STILL no response. This is not how a professional business should conduct themselves and these people need to be shamed. I intend on doing it by showing how irresponsible they are at handling customer complaints.

Our locations serve over one million guests a free ice over a nine hour period. In some cases such as ***’s the local Rita’s store falls short. Rita’s Guest Services Team received hundreds of calls, emails, and social media feedback regarding the First Day of Spring event. Feedback regarding this day spanned over a two week period and we are still getting complaints as of this week. First Day of Spring guest complaints were addressed in as timely a manner as possible given the number of feedback received. ***’s complaint was received by us on Thursday, March 21st at 11:11 pm. Our first response back to her was on Tuesday, March 26th, five days after her initial feedback. Those five days included the weekend (March 23rd and 24th) which our Guest Services Team does not work.
