Do NOT order from this company. They will NOT send your order and then become nasty and disrespectful when you question her. Shameful.

I placed an order on September 26th, 2023 and as of today, November 28th, 2023 I STILL haven't received it. To make matters even worse, the shipping details HAVEN'T even updated since I placed the order 60+ days ago. Their website's shipping policy states that "all orders will ship within 30 days" at the LATEST (LOL right), which is clearly a false claim.

I've emailed them twice now and haven't received a single response. Pretty sure they scammed me $90 on a sweater I could have order from Shein for $10. Save your money and shop literally anywhere else.

I ordered a dress from Rita’s at the end of August and I am still waiting. I have reached out several times and I have given them my tracking number and they say that it will be shipped. First time that I reached out, they said that my order was a pre-order but I don’t remember it being one. Then they said that it should be shipped soon but that it was only one person who owned the shop and that she had just had major surgery so it will be a while. The person said I should have been aware that they had major surgery, but I didn’t know that. I understand that if you just went through major surgery, but I am still waiting for my one item. Every time that I go to track my order now, it says that my order is not found. It is now January and I am still waiting for my dress. Please do not order from this site.

They said shipped in 5 to 7 days. I had to message them several times after no info on the 8th day. Said it was shipped. It wasn't. Later I was texted by Shein they had to validate my address. Rita's ordered my item from Shein. It wasn't even ordered until after the 12th day I ordered it and after I talked to Rita's quite a few times and never got tracking info. When it finally came, almost a month later, it was the wrong thing. Just go to Shein. Would have shed myself trouble and would have been $50 cheaper! Rita's didn't want to hear about it. Said that's how they do business. She told me to just resell it like she does.

Sorry I issued a full refund except one item which was a Wishingwell in the amount of $35. And just for the inconvenience I went ahead and did not charge her for a prayer rosary. Thank you

I had a great experience at Rita's. Prices are very reasonable and the staff is friendly and knowledgeable.
