them from AmazonIn that case, he should have a receipt or invoice listing part numbers on itOur repair team is very careful in their process to keep all parts together and to return everything that is sent in to usUpon investigation of our repair department, there were no extra hoses, boots or cases left without being attached to a repair orderOur intent was not to give Mr*** the run around but rather that we get him the correct parts that he claims were sent to usOnce proof of purchase is provided, we will replace the missing parts for Mr***

I sent in sets of HVAC Titan Manifolds, sets of gauge hoses with shut off values, and carry cases in order to protect them while shippingThey were sent for warranty repairThey sent me back refurbished sets that had markings on the gauges, the gauges were missing the protective boots, the hoses were standard hoses without shutoff values and the cases were not sent backI've informed the company and they do nothing, they just give me round around, they blame me for sending the cases and hoses

Thank you for your concern. In order for us to rectify this problem, we need to know what parts  are missing. We asked that Mr. [redacted] please send us proof of purchase of the hoses, gauge boots and cases that were sent in with the manifolds. He stated in our conversation that he purchased...

them from Amazon. In that case, he should have a receipt or invoice listing part numbers on it. Our repair team is very careful in their process to keep all parts together and to return everything that is sent in to us. Upon investigation of our repair department, there were no extra hoses, boots or cases left without being attached to a repair order. Our intent was not to give Mr. [redacted] the run around but rather that we get him the correct parts that he claims were sent to us. Once proof of purchase is provided, we will replace the missing parts for Mr. [redacted].
